i wish to get multics cache to oscam emu. how can i configure? i enable csp port in oscam conf. and in multics i add line like
CACHE PEER: 127.0.0.1 xxxx { csp=1; cspsendcache=1 }
is it necessary to make a reader in oscam.server?
hi ,
first of all i don't think it is a good idea to take cache from multics to oscam (unless you have well configured multics with 0 fake dcw )
if so , i think this is only possible with Multics HB versions not all multics provide this option
i tested it on multics r84 , not working only from oscam to r84 is ok
when tested from multics hb 47 all ok in both sides multics sends to oscam and oscam sends to multics without problem .

@thejackal2020 . i am using one of my oscam as a proxid server which connected with different multics servers through mgcamd lines. but still have freezing and some time caid not detecting error and freezing accrue. i am not understand where i go wrong. i try cacheex but they can not get ecm. even oscam not request ecm through cccam cacheex and even in cs378x not work. connected but not work.

Dear @fairbird i have two servers oscam emu with cacheex AIO and ncam 11.2 emu cacheex AIO latest. and i am facing same problem in both. they can not follow the rules i set in dvbapi for different channels priority CAIDs. for example i add in dvbapi " P: 0500:043800:1234" so as per criteria the server always go first to this card CAID but they always goes to conax caid 0b00 and 0b01 which is quit poor and channel goes freezing many times . and many other Caids i set in priority but server not go for those Caids. what can i do please help

Try Load Balance : 0 or 1
when i enable loadbalance all request goes to softcam emu and ecm not decoded with error " reject by reader softcam or conctantcw" and channel not decode. just not found timeout and reject error appears. if you have best config for proxy lines reader without local card. please share with me.

About (boxtype) You can not set two different names of device type (only one) depend on what you are using ..

i have best proxy lines.
If all you are doing is using proxy/virtual readers and looking at the webinterface, then leave [dvbapi] and [webif] in oscam.conf, everything else can be safely removed as it doesn`t affect how a proxy line operates.
The problem lays somewhere else, not in oscam.conf.
Its possible to prioritize a package/CAID in oscam.dvbapi. Look at the oscam log and list the CAIDs that have the "Not Found" or "TimeOut" error.
Then in oscam.dvbapi prioritize the CAID with P: then-the-CAID:IDENT.
Example:-
P: 0500:043800,032500,050800,050f00,041f00,030b00,042800,042820,051a00
P: 0b00:000000
Dear bro as i noticed my oscam is not properly get Priority data from dvbapi settings. it can not read the following card which i give priority in dvbapi. for example i set all tivusat italia caids sid's to 183d in priority but they can always go to 0b02 card which have little bit freezes some time. same as i notice in viacces cards. i share here settings of oscam.server too for your more brief. kindly sortout for me the problem. also my server not get ecm from cache.
