    You say you have tried other Image Builds...and still get the same problem.....hangs when loading (background comes up but no menus e.t.c)??

    As bokkie stated i think most use DreamboxEdit to play with there channels lists!


    As you only wish to get rid of one bouquet, (using Vix Image for example) you can highlight the Bouquet group (adult) press Menu and you should have a option to delete group/bouquet


    Not a Euro Sats expert but have a look at link in top menu bar (or below) that will offer some insight in to what matches are on which sats!

    the red circle icon that is flashing (presuming your using VIX lol) is the Software Update Notifier!


    It means there is an update ready for you to install...when you update this should turn Green! (make sure you do a FULL backup before you update)


    Timer Issue....strange


    Using the Green button from remote to open Timers and then using red (delete) and Confirm Yes! i dont see this problem


    What build are you on, may fix itself in the update!

  • Solo 2 hard drive won't initialize

    Poor workman blames his tools! Lol


    TSPanel is fine when used correctly it seems, it has been noted on forum the issues with Vix and like you state most things can be sourced by the normal routes but as a Vix user mainly and on duo solo and solo2 I haven't noted any problems apart from my error or not double checking a source but deleting the plugin via FTP normally resolves, if not a quick backup gets you back online!

    Just copy all the Oscam config files and Cccam files on to a separate stick or USB


    use these as backup files, if anything goes wrong you just copy back the last good setup or just add them to a fresh install

    Anything created by Ten Below should be setup to share sly card....just look through details of Backup Image!


    BH, Vix or Vti there should be a backup image with everything setup, so touch wood just flash to your solo2....insert card and you should be sorted!


    Any problems, start a post and let us know which image you used

    for the £40/£50 (depending on where you go lol) difference the solo2 is worth is bud.....better spec, Faster, Smaller and twin tuners

    aint got the foggiest someone with a bit more sat exp should clear it up though!


    In short solo2 probably one of best boxes out at moment! Techno mate seem nice though! Solo2 has twin tuners and 2.5 HDD space so that will sort you spec wise! Image and functionality I would start at Vix seems the best for user experience and ease of use! When he finds his feet you could expose him to the Blackhole lolol

    it will save it in a dated directory so you know where it is


    if you want to use it at a later date I tend to copy to another freshly formatted USB and flash using that

    Exactly after one week from now, Samsung will finally launch its next-generation Galaxy S smartphone – the Galaxy S4 – at a media event, scheduled to take place in New York, March 14. But regardless of that, the so-called rumor mill surrounding the upcoming device doesn’t seem to calm down just yet.



    Following a report saying the Samsung Galaxy S4 will stick to the traditional plastic body, “despite rivals opting to use metal and other premium-feeling materials,” a new report has appeared online Wednesday with a set of screenshots, claiming to be of an American variant of the next Samsung flagship smartphone.



    The leaked Samsung Galaxy S4 screenshots, published by the tech blog GSM Israel, apparently have confirmed a number of key features of the device that have been widely rumored of late. The screenshots have revealed that the Galaxy S3 successor will feature a 5-inch Full HD display with screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels (441 ppi), a 13-megapixel primary camera, 2GB RAM and a Quad-Core 1.8GHz processor with LTE on board.




    As SamMobile has pointed out, the leaked screenshots belong to an American variant of the Samsung Galaxy S4. That said, there is still possibility that the international variant of the smartphone will be powered by an Exynos Octa CPU.



    ‘Smart Scroll’ Confirmed!
    Reports surfaced a couple of days back suggesting that the new Samsung Galaxy S4 will include a new eye-tracking feature that can track users’ eyes to scroll through pages. Now, the new reports featuring Galaxy S4 screenshots have confirmed that the device will indeed have the ability to allow users scroll up and down a page with an eye movement, thanks to a new feature called “Smart Scroll.”


    How it will work - A camera on the front of the handset is able to focus on the user's eye.It can then calculate where on the screen they are looking - and automatically advance pages when they reach the bottom, for instance




    Apart from that, the Samsung Galaxy S4 will also have features like “Smart Pause” that will freeze any multimedia playing on the device when the user turns his head away, “Smart Rotation” that will adjust the screen orientation according to the user’s angle of sight and “Smart Stay” that will disable screen timeout when the device detects that the user’s face is watching the screen.

    The expiry dates are for when your card entitlements (subscribed channels) finish / due


    You will need to setup Oscam to update entitlements for the card you are using! Have a look in link below When done you wont need a slybox to update as your server/reciever will do it for you

    When done, Entitlements normally update 3/4 weeks before but can be done within 48hrs of them expiring if worst comes to the worst!
