    have you tried creating a 2nd line for the receiver?


    I know when i set up my solo2 i had a similar problem.......tried all different settings and no joy!


    I created a 2nd line and it all came back for some reason? this wasn't needed on my duo!


    Just a thought! Someone will shoot it down but it worked here and never investigated whether it was box or server settings that messed it up?


    try it...and report back at worse one of the list to check

  • Openbox S11 dead after channel list update

    You need a 9pin serial pci board (hopefully you have a desktop pc)


    Whack that in and using 9pin to 9pin null modem cable you should be able to get it sorted!


    pci boards on fleabay for a tenner or so! or look at local electronics/pc outlet!


    Cable should also be on fleabay cheap! but i have a few PM if you want me to sent you one!


    Any problems shout back but you will need the cable and a PC with the correct com port

    Never heard of them.....nor would we i presume as they offer Gifts with their boxes so clearly supporting or operating a PS! I think that can be assured!


    Not to pass judgement before they respond but i don't think people are aware how easy it is to setup a Site and seem to operate a legitimate business!
    Anyone that hasn't got a web presence in dealings, No contact number on there site, sites incomplete should raise warning signs?


    Did you get any confirmation email that they state they send? have you tried tracking your order? or login in to there system (if it works)


    7 days is a bit long with no contact!


    The old saying.....you get what you pay for springs to mind mate, or do some research before parting cash....not everything that glows is gold!


    If you cannot get any contact perhaps WHOIS domain check will give you something to go by! ssh!

    In answer to your problems!


    Create an account in Oscam Users file or from Oscam webif


    with that account setup use the details for your line!


    On blade box ensure you have a cam installed either Cccam or Mgcamd


    if the UI allows you to enter line manually then enter the following


    Host = You IP/Host Addy
    User = username of account
    Pass = password of account
    Port = 13342 (port number you setup)


    failing that you can create a CCcam.cfg file (for CCcam) or newcamd.list file (for mgcamd) in an editor like notepad ++ and create a N line like so


    N: linux.sat.support 12345 myacc mypass 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 (following same format as above i.e IP/Addy PortNo User Pass


    if you use mgcamd you will need to change N: to CWS =


    ftp the CCcam or newcamd file to:


    /etc for CCcam.cfg


    usr/keys for newcamd.list


    Restart Cam or Receiver


    Job Done!

    Cons of having a Super Duper Smart Phone (Backdoors and exploitations) lol expect more of it as it overtakes the desktop and laptop! and thats the ones your told off lol

    Make an Intro post buddy! like Caz suggested!


    Do you get the prompt to press power to flash? Have you pressed the power button? if you don't it will bypass and load original image


    Are you ejecting it from Mac or just pulling out USB?


    And when you look at files on USB are they like so!


    FOLDER vuplus > Click into that
    FOLDER solo2 > Click into that
    FILES various 4 or 5?


    If you have tried or confirmed all above its the MAC lol.....no pc near i presume?

    Any stickers on outside of box? You have the cable how about the small motherboard with 9 pin connectors either end?


    I think you may have a clone? where did you get from? how much did you pay?

    What actually Happens when you start box?


    Does image load up and then hang? Revolving spinner in top corner or anything like that?


    do you have a rs232 cable? A seperate small connecting board? Any stickers saying use hardware from this source only or V2 or V3 stickers on?


    what images have you tried just the newer? Or older ones also?

    I know they are free and thats the appeal but It amazes me how many people are quick to put things up in the *** through any old source! Especially when this can all be done by the average Joe!
