openwebinf for DreamOS
Have you tried other os dream images? Peter Pan,GP-4.2, NN2...is the web interface not working on these images as well?
i will check today after work and let you know (from my remember i try dream-elite 7.1 and same problem)

openwebinfo does not work for you only on the image of Merelin or on any image of dream OS ?

The Sim 3.00 uses very old patched drivers... compared with the Original Drivers or the Japhar Ones.
The best bet is to upgrade your box to the Japhar Sim, and use the Japhar images. Latest OpenPLi is from February 25th, 2024 and supports all streaming standards (Dash with FFmpeg Exteplayer, GSTreamer etc).
Flash the OpenPLi Japhar for Original and replace the bcm driver (as explained on the link below),

Your best bet is to reinstall the Merlin5 image. The first thing you would do is change the second image and try it, if it works, then there is something wrong with the Merlin5 image.
On fresh image not working ( clear new image without any softcam plugins etc )

i try Lan connection with router. ( thinking router blok some port) i change connection for WLAN to my mobile hotspot and same effect.

Dude, what do you mean by open web inf does not work, in another topic I gave you screenshots where I installed a clean image from 2024 02 21 -no problem everything works.. What do you want, I don't understand? Everything works in the image

i use the new version on Merlin 5 image but i cant connect to openwebinf (FTP & Telnet works fine)
Do i need some config files for webinf?

Telnet works well.

It is possible that your usb serial cable is defective.Will let you know... tried the latest from the home page of Prolific..
Do you use rs232 cable crossover?
I am using usb to rs232 serial cable....
I know that. But cable connected between port and dreambox must be crossover,
