When you install you have the first menu where you setup the language, so reinstall it, with correct language.

I tried but could not connect with comport from laptop...I installed the image via backup software I had on newenigma2 image....

Hi, I think it was in Estonian...

Then somehow I manged to restore to default settings rebooted and again had language displayed on display box of dreambox...then I pressed exit one or 2 times and display on Tv was in English.

However, the first time it is installed the language selection is not displayed on TV...that is something that can be updated as it is very crucial.

Later I will go through its settings as I am new to this image to setup its internet connection. Do not know what is the password login...

I cannot read anything as it is all in another langauge.

While installing I could not see the picture on screen but seen language on display window of my box. I pressed ok on remote and think it proceeded installing with another language... I assume the other language options are deleted now...

I added via telnet....by this command...of course part of it....

wget -O /etc/enigma2/iptv.sh then you continue with url and user and pass...

Then with the channel list you get the bouquet with iptv..

Any suggestions as I have no idea...

Newenigma2 is very stable but limited as the software has no more updates...

Sorry Dm 8000.... I am lookin to have the option for IPTV and streaming....

I ftp this to /usr/bin set attributes to 755 and I have to telnet a script?

I have the newenigma2 image on my box for many years. Very good but this image has no more updates. Recently I have got a list of iptv channels and the attachment below shows what happened. I could not switch to another channel as the software seemed stalled. After 5 minutes or so I could change the channel... While streaming the icons in the attachment remain displayed for 5 minutes or so....

Is this a software issue? Maybe I have to update image to a recent one? I did not know of the list of recent images for this box.

Seems that dreambox 2 is not available in S2 and T2 tuner combination...

On dreambox site, I cannot see dreambox two advertised...

Is it still available?

I am clearing sky....I have the bouquet list....

My post is intended because there are patched versions of Oscam.

Just to clarify....

You need Icam in oscam to share sky card....buy you do not need icam if you do not have the card.

You need the emu in oscam like 798 to clear sky...

Just oscam say, 11725 you do not clear sky channels.

Hope this is clear to me.

Been trying for several times...

This oscam version is working perfectly on my DM800se but on my DM7020HD and DM8000HD it is not working...not opening even any channel. Attributes of bin file are 755. I even tried with copying my config file from 800se to these boxes but not clearing any channel. All boxes are updated with software from the feed of newenigma2 images. However, I think I am missing either some dependencies in these boxes or I have to set the config file.

Thanks for all the info. Sky De is working fine but no luck with Sky It.

These are my configuration settings for streamrelay:

Is there anything to add for Sky It? Using Oscam 11718r798 and sometimes switch to 11724 but no difference to me.

Could not install ipk file in first post on newenigma2 image. I installed the file from Venus Panel. Is that the reason? I do not know how to install the seperate binary files submitted in first post.
