    In the beginning the boot loader wasn't always include with the images that were distributed, due to the CA error I think it soon become common practice to include it.

    Its always a good idea to make sure, and make sure that you the image you intend to download has been modified for clone use, otherwise this will also cause you to get the CA error.

    Hope that helps you avoid some of the mistakes I made with my 800 :)

    It is a ferrari clone, so you want images to that effect -

    Code
    http://www.ferraribox.com/download/dm800se/Ferrari-SSL82F-Nemesis2.3-dm800se-e2-OE(1.6)-SVN(092).nfi

    2012/10/02 20:30:49 2AAC6C30 s >> OSCam << cardserver started, version 1.10rc-svn, build #6089 (mips-tuxbox-linux)

    You should upgrade your OSCam

    I made a couple of changes to your configs but my pc decided to BSOD on me before I finished my reply -

    Oscam user

    [account]
    user = dummy
    pwd = dummy
    group = 1
    monlevel = 4
    au = 1

    [account]
    user = dvbapi
    pwd = dvbapi
    group = 1
    hostname = 127.0.0.1
    au = ***
    caid = 096A

    oscam config.

    [global]
    logfile = /dev/null
    disablelog = 1
    disableuserfile = 1
    fallbacktimeout = 1500
    bindwait = 30
    nice = -1
    preferlocalcards = 1
    saveinithistory = 1
    readerrestartseconds = 30
    lb_mode = 3
    lb_save = 300

    [newcamd]
    port = 15000@096A:000000
    key = 0102030405060708091011121314
    allowed =
    keepalive = 1
    mgclient = 0

    [webif]
    httpport = 8888
    httpuser = admin
    httpppwd = admin
    httprefresh = 10
    httpallowed = 127.0.0.1,192.168.0.0-192.168.255.255

    Oscam server

    [reader]
    label = ***
    enable = 1
    protocol = internal
    device = /dev/sci0
    services =
    caid = 096A
    detect = cd
    mhz = 500
    cardmhz = 368
    ident = 096A:000000
    group = 1
    emmcache = 1,1,2
    blockemm-g = 1
    lb_weight = 100
    ndsversion = 2

    Yellow are modifications I have made
    These can be removed I think, or at least commented out for now, buy putting a # at the start of the line

    Last thing the label of your read, which is *** here must be the same as the au in dvbapi

    I took your config and combined it with another I found on google - As for which site, you posted the same question on it a couple of days ago :)
    Im not saying this will totally work but its a step in right direction

    Then you need to check the permissions are set to 755 also the filename CCcam.cfg and the filename is also case sensative, so the one I highlighted in yellow and cccam.cfg are two totally different things as far as your receiver goes.

    My friend (use the term friend very loosely) decided to upgrade from a 500s to a Openbox s11, without consulting me, which is not the issue here, well it is, when it comes to me, to flash it and set it up.

    As I have no working tv upstairs at present, I set it up in living room, but I don't have network access, flashed fine, found channels fine, added newcamd.list (ok, after clarification from MRGmx and realising I hadn't switched N: for CWS = ).

    I tried the different codes for the hidden menu (9999, 6666, 0000, 3133), but still it didn't come up, and as forum was down etc etc, I sent him on his way).

    As soon as he has gone home, plugged Ethernet in he said it come up clone detected and then that was the end of that.

    So... Will flashing it again resolve this? If so which firmware, and which codes does this firmware use for the secret menu.

    I suppose the saving grace here is it was a UK Supplier and as far as I am aware wasn't told it was a clone.

    In that case sounds possible, but its not something im familiar with...

    First thing would be to get cccam working on your lunux machine, then in tvheadend you specify the location of camd.socket.

    Code
    https://www.lonelycoder.com/redmine/projects/tvheadend/wiki/Capmt_Connections

    I seem to remember having seen that file in the tmp quite often, so wasn't as complicatated as I thought (famous last words)
