I have a mass of pc parts, memory, boards, cpu(s), small hard drives - Don't suppose anyone knows a quick way to sell them all (preferably all in one go), so I can use the funds for other things?
Any shops or sites, in north west area, might see if I can make at least one pc out of them.
Id rather have something small/more server orientated, for my files/media and possibly a few other bits and pieces, ftp server, load balancer not for cs but for internet.
TSPanel is a good plugin, sometimes I just browse through to see what plugins are out there and its reduces the learning curve for new users, when they are trying to get thier head around a multitude of things also makes some jobs quicker and easier, like installing the latest boquets etc etc
It serves a purpose and is a job well done imo.
I never got into the usenets, really and still haven't I did give them ago briefly but didn't seem to yeild productive results maybe it was the provider I used.

Doesnt matter as long as the port is only used by one app. Otherwise when you specify the ip/port the first app to take use of the port will be using it.
So if ccam is using it you probably shouldn't use it in oscam.
Can't say ive used it to be honest, its just that port 8888 is used in the oscam configs on the forum. So was just a thought.

is webif running on port 8888?
or is something else or perhaps you have two devices running on port 8888

dont rename it to "oscam.old" but oscam only!
Renaming the old one to oscam.old is fine and I found a few versions wouldnt seem to start via the menu options this is the latest I could fine and works just fine for me in my duo

Just done a look and you can flash via serial, bit of a pain I know but its an option none the less -

Id reformat the stick or use another just to be sure.
Also check it is detecting the usb stick when it boots into Vix 3.0.

I am trying to setthis up using the latest version of oscam, so the config is more portable, so I have installed and got running the latest version of oscam on my duo and changed the settings to -

Have tried both 0 and 1 for the device number (is in top slot), the error says -

or 0 doesnt matter which I put.
EDIT: Ive also tried the uploaded files, and run it manually as suggested, and get the following error ->

Trying various other tweaks, gives the error opening device message....
