You can also also do a quick test to see if there are any rooting issues

go to start -> Accessories and open a command prompt, in this window type

ping peerip or url*

subsittute peerir or url with acutal value e.g

ping 127.0.0.1
see if you get a response from a simple request of acknowledgemnt

You can also run a traceroute buy typing

tracert peerip/url*

This will see if you are experiencing any networking issues, between you and your destination

Who is yourip by the way if it is virgin, then it could be this that is the issue they are having all kinds of intermittent problems at the moment.

If you have used a payserver, this is one of the many not support the use of payservers and we suggest users to use thier own local card. Obviously we appreciate that many people fall in this little pitfall upon introduction to the hobby, as I did too.

Lbmode 3 is clearly more suited to your setup mate.

I am not sure what you are getting at here, if lbmode is working correctly then they should receive roughly the same amount of ecm requests.

In lbmode one, the fastest responder will be sent the requests, as both your cards are local, this response time is going to be almost if not exactly the same.
In lbmode three, it will look which card has received the least requests and send them there.

Id say lbmode one is more appropriate if you are using remote readers.

Im only on my phone at the moment there is a working config for oscam in the oscam section, you can then start to add in any extra settings or controls you want in in place.

Seems the way forward is through invite torrent sites and download sites, which p**s me off with all the capitchas and restrictions and waiting I did consider paying a sub to one (any suggestions) or running a remote seed box, but im pretty sure with decent bandwith and loadbalancing I could do without much issue, i come across a decent application to do this part if it before its the source of the downloads thats the pain

Do others use remote seedboxes, or other tools, to download or pay a sub to a particular file hosting sites or anything else?

What id ultimately like to be able to do is have it setup so,

My Ubuntu laptop uses a uk location
My PC and PS3 channgeable between uk and USA for netflix and other purposes,
and a VPN I can run with friends for LAN gaming/file sharing media as I download applications on a just in case basis so im hoping to have a server where I can just put it all and access up from there

Its the firmware R36, if you can survive or have a seperate router and want a new hub put it in modem mode, 9 times out of 10 they wont come back out, look on virgin forums people QQing like crazy
