Install image, configure it. Then upload a working channel lisl. Set a boot channel per default that is FTA. Turn power off the box, and turn on again and wait it to load.
You will have image/video. If you change channel then driver fails and you have black screen. Tested 4/16, 5/01 and 5/07 images, same behavior.

They upgraded the firmware in the box with the february drivers, if you used a newer image with newer drivers, as it happened you could not use anymore an older image with older drivers...

Tuners are perfectly working and have video from Hotbird, Astra 19.2 and 28.2... looks like you perhaps done some changes to the image ? Here I have the DVB no problem on my Dual Sat S2X.

Image and drivers bug what you describe.
Also be sure you use the PSU that was provided with the box thst is a 5 Amp... not the one from older DM that are 2 or 3 Amp that are NOT enough for a DM900UHD... and yes due to support stopped... think of going Japhar Sim... your box with right software is excellent (I have DM900UHD clone as you with latest OpenPLi 7.2star from today from Jsphar Team, working great and stable).

You can no problem flash any firmware into an original box or clone box. You will not have a killing process as it happened for the VU+ boxes... but the firmwares are not an easy task to patch due to the drivers and firmware that need to be compatible together... and the Sim 2.30 support is dead since long...you should think to upgrade your box to the Japhar sim for DM900UHD.... if you really want to have good images and software.

I am confused why you want your box to do this.
Just cast your iphone to your tv instead. Surely thats the same thing???
All his Audio system is connected to the Dreambox, and perhaps the TV is perhaps only a Monitor/Screen and not a Full TV (Smart).

Most probably the Bluetooth for the RC as its a receiver with the right plugin software could stream into the box any external data like audio etc.

Then your box is not having a Sim 2.10 Sim2... so it could be Ferrari, Japhar or estar.
Check the sim and Use Japharflasher to restore the box with correct image ans ssl.

Use latest OpenPLi 7.2 or 7.2Star to have stable IPTV software,
Emonot the fact that only your image is pli7.2 SIM Jafar works great with IPTV, so my provider's playlist also works great.with PURE2-6.2-dm800se-PurE2-6.2-20200502 100% verified, so the keyword " you will need a subscription from your provider and an IPTV player plugin to view channels."as reported by master G.
to view IPTV I convert my playlist to bouquets using this plugin https://github.com/pepsik-kiev/e2m3u2bouquet and Epgimport I load the actual EPG
We naturally dont test all images from all builders, so we talk for ourself, and thats natural !
For Streaming/IPTV you dont need plugins, the management thru the normal chanbel list is most often enough.
