Then you have the v2 DM800HDse but that one is 1 Gb/512 Mb, and on the sticker with Serial Number it's written v2.

With JapharFlasher, you set the IP via it, and using the RJ45 cable connected from the DM500HD to the Router/Modem, and the Mini USB mini-port on the DM500HD to your PC, you can then set the IP to the DM500HD box and run/force the process.

JapharFlasher works 100%, just be sure you have the drivers installed, your cable is working, you use BOTH Rj45 + Mini USB connected.

Be sure you use the right image for your box / sim, your driver is 3.14-1.17-dm900, so seems enough recent, but try to flash a clean image (not a backup).

As wrote, you MUST do a scan by yourself and not use a "pre-compiled" list that can be easily faulty or not adapted to your box,

Be sure your satellites.xml file is having the correct parameters,

I have no problem like that on my DM8000HD, do a rescan as the French channels change often parameters, at least on the past months.

The other point is to know where you are located, as perhaps just the satellite signal could have been focused on another point, due to the changes (changed transponder from a wide to low etc)

I have here 69% signal, Central Europe. Remember as well that Astra position is few satellites, and not only 1, so you need to really center them all well and not be a little out of the sync.
