Yer i stand corrected, problem i have is my reciever is stuck on OpenATV 6.0 and online updates obviously wont help so until ATV release 6.1 for my tmtwin technomate 4k i am snookered so i might have to use vix

installed above on openatv image latest for vu+duo2...anybody got the latest oscam for open atv ?..ive downloaded one from the feed called "oscam deppOnMod" but its not clearing anything all configs loaded..

As a test in any black screen channels scenario,,, extract your list/save and look at it those channels in dcc///
UNTICK THESE
K (Keep): Do not automatically update the services's parameters(dxNoSDT)
P (Use PIDs):Always use the cached instead of current PIDs (dxNoDVB)
Save and write channel list back to box and restart settings.
You should recieve a picture again on any black screen channels if you edited like i advised above,,,if no sound then open vlc/stream channel to pc and look at broadcasted ac3 output codec,,add this to ac3 box in dcc...
Remove mpeg info if its there and add video pid from vlc to video and pcr if not there and TICK BOXES AGAIN,,,,save and write to box.
May seem longwinded and a bit confusing but it should do the the trick.
In ABM go to update config files and update it, restart gui then run abm again, restart gui once more and try that.
If that doesn't sort it you can manually add the pid via dreambox edit which i can help with but try above first.

Menu/setup/service searching/autobouquetsmaker/update config files and then perform an abm scan.
Above is for open atv but you will see it in autobouquetsmaker,this is not working for everyone as some people are reporting black screens on most channels after this is done so its work in progress
I use open atv aswell, with older images you stored sats in tuner setup but with open atv once you have stored positioner setup/ diseqc 1.2 (not usals) go to positioner setup plugin#

In there you can move and store your 3 sats exactly as you want, if 13 east is a little weak then adjust lnb scew.
To use usals your pole has to be completely straight and set with a spirit level, if its out it wont work properly, in any case usals is really only used for wide sweeps from the likes of 42e to 30w which you dont need/want or will be capable of with your dish size anyway.
I would not be worrying about longitude and latitude in heusters case, if you read what the member is after that aint really required, 13/19 and 28.2 can be stored as individual satellites quite easily especially if 19 east is banging in signal wise.
@heuster.. you do have to setup your tuner correctly as boddily says so DONT use usals...you need to go into your tuner settings for motorised and use diseqc 1.2, save 19 east and then save 13 and so forth.
Once you have done this then turn you receiver on a choose a channel like ajazeer english on 0.8w this motor will turn slightly and then its a
He has an 80cm on disecq so i would,nt recommend trying to set it up on 1w,i would recommend heading for the sats heuster requires like 19 or 28.2
@heuster, as said by kegnkiwi point the motor itself due south (0) or as near as poss and lock the bracket up..send your motor round to 19.2 east with your vu box and stick it onto channel das erste, then make your adjustments...leave lnb scew in the centre..your dish should look pretty much vertical so not pointing up or down if you get my drift..peak your dish manually and lock it up,then do any other adjustments via the box remote itself to peak 19 east and store it...then look for 13 east and 28.2,,,peak via remote only and store.
Also make sure your tuner/s are setup correctly for motorised on your vu reciever..DONT use usals unless you are certain your pole is plum centred,for the sats you need i would just manually store as i have described above..

I couldn't open any of the channels with NDS (Videoguard). I am not sure if there is a way to open those NDS channels using an emu or anything. Can we open of these channels with emus or keys or anything
Excuse my ignorance but I am new in this area. I need to understand. I like movies so much and channels like (Cinema +1. Cinema +24. Cinema comdey ........etc) don't work with any emus:cursing:
Erm...keys lol... Highly unlikely any patched emu will open any nds encryptions, this is only possible via cs and most of the providers who use videoguard smartcard security have closed the back doors on that anyway.

thanks for your replies. Not managed to do it yet but I am changing the location as I think it may be a bit low down. Will try on 19.2 east. I have looked at some Android apps but without success. One thing I have noticed is the variety of settings offered by different sites and apps which is a bit confusing. Not to worry . I am sure I'll get there. Definitely a learning curve

If your looking for apps and dont want the hassle, make sure the app has augmented reality, this will show if the satellites will clear from your dish location if you cannot do this by eye so to speak and depending on the app used it shoud advise what elevation/azimuth and polarisation to use.
19.2 east is a strong satellite to setup your motorised dish manually mate if you are stuck, 1w is weak buddy but yes thats what you should be aiming for particularly for usals !
However If its just for 13/19 and 28.2 forget 1 west bro.... stick your box on Das Erste/HD = make sure channel list is current and then align your dish to 19 east manually...peak/adjust lnb scew and save on your decoder...i dont know what reciever you use but even basic recievers should have signal meters.... if you are really stuck... stick an official sky 28.2 reciever inplace and get that peaked on 28.2 with the signal bars on that...note...reboot official recievers after all connections made tho..if you get that saved on your 3rd party reciever 19 and 13 can fall into place auto or manually via remote..
I use a spectrum analyzer but through experience i know you will manage this for your limited/close grouped sats you are after buddy

Look there's no mystery here. I have Oscam-emu (r11353) here decrypting PV and biss fine. The problem is I can't seem to find a newer version that I can ftp into the box and run instead of the older version.
I've read the guides and followed suggestions. The version you posted installed and ran but I believe it is plain Oscam and not Oscam-emu.
I'm convinced now that many posted versions have been renamed along the way and so will just have to try and try until I find a working version for my box/cpu.
Really...whats the difference between plain oscam and oscam-emu...you say you cant find a newer version of oscam to ftp to your box...wait have you not already done this?

If you are talking about ymod you can do this...sometimes you need to buid your own oscam to suit your needs but you say it works then you say it does not...very confusing..

Sky sports box office no longer clears/works via 28.2 astra satellite on 3rd party units like dreamboxes or the like but you can still scan that in easily if you want but its pointless.

And to also add it will have been removed from later versions of ABM in box images/plugin download servers due to the channel not being possible to cardshare aswell so bare that in mind.
If its for VM ( Virgin Media ) then box office will still work providing your agent supports it and pays for the event in question..
With VM the channel you are looking for is ( Live Events Channel )

Not only that,, from what i can gather it looks like the encryption is sent in the 1850 caid through the netid frequency streams anyway so it does not matter what working card you might have at your disposal so any boxes requiring the viewing card will be obliterated and upgraded.
If boxes are being activated without a card and streams are new 1850 caid there is nothing to attack/use so i think its game over but over to you.....
the VHD cisco 4585 needs a card to work and won't work without a card so that defeats your theory .

Which area are you in tho 4th_gen ...i have no evidence whatsoever, just what i can gather for us mere mortal peeps mate thats all.
As i said what i have gathered so far is that even lines from carded boxes wont work in the affected area so it kinda points to streams Leicester areas are allowing or not allowing at present.
I am aware of caid 1850 being present for a while, its obviously when they want to change things that matters on third party boxes that affects us.
