    Hi All,

Anyone using Yamaha wireless sound system YSP-1600, ISX-80, and or WX-030? I just got one set. I have noticed that the wireless connection seems to be having issues dropping or at times taking so long to connect to my TV, Sbox, receiver, and mostly my mobile (especially the soundbar YSP-1600). I tried and checked few reviews and nothing special mentioned about the bluetooth/Wi fi connections......Jus thinking of returning them to the shop, but would appreciate any comments, advices first.

    Thank you

    Hi All,

I am now fed up of having to use two many gadgets on my TV. I had previously 1 Amiko receiver and and 1 Iptvbox on each TV in at home. For over a year now, I have changed one of the sets to Quad 4 Hybrid (combined Android Satellite) receiver. It does the job but I notice that for some of the IPTV channels, the volume is very low that one can barely hear anything.

At this stage, I am planning to upgrade to an wireless 4K android projector, that give me at least a 100 inches viewing screen to the sitting room wall without too many wires around. i have come accross this (below link) and wondering if anybody has such a setup in use to share the benefits before I get one.

    Hi McKee25

Internet Service Provider (ISP): Virgin Media
Broadband connection type: DSL or cable.
    Make/Model of Modem/Router: Thomson TWG870UIR
    Ubuntu 120.4 Server

    Hello all,

Recently, I upgraded my internnet speed and received a new router/modem Thomson TWG870UIR. Since I've been having issue with my machine. I want to be able to view the server's webpage from a remote host, as I can when connected to the LAN it is hosted in.

When I type in the local IP address of the machine, I get the default apache2 webpage displayed, saying "It works!". However, when I tried entering my external IP, my web browser gave me a connection timeout error. I used my phone's data connection as well, in case my ISP is blocking loop-back requests. This gave the same error.

I port forwarded the server already, so this is not the issue. I then tried to fiddle with some of the other settings in my router's menu. I noticed that when I changed the DMZ Host's IP address to the local IP address of the server, the server was reachable from remote networks, until I rebooted. I have to click "apply" in the DMZ Host tab again to make it work, but I would have to do so every single time I rebooted the machine.

My home-server is only reachable from remote networks after I click "apply" in my router's DMZ Host settings, every time I reboot it.
I have use all the possible guides from https://portforward.com/thomson-alcatel/twg-870/ but the port 80 does not seem to be working...

How do I get my router to 'save' the DMZ settings, or how do I make sure the server stays reachable from the outside, without having to click "apply" every time I reboot?

    Thanks in advance,

See if you can find your routers make & model in the list on this website.... https://portforward.com/router.htm

    Hello All,

Just to update on the boxes I received.

    1) Receiver VIGICA C100S DVB-S2 Digital Satellite Receiver Support Cccam Newcamd
Dolby Bisskey 1GB/8GB Android 4.4 TV Box KODI (62 Euros)

Is good but just as slow as MXQ. I would not recommend it if one needs fast streaming. However It is doing what it's meant for.

    2) M8S+ is really fast. I am sticking to it for the time being. I did try Spintz, Wookie, and Blackbox wizards on it and they are all working fine. Streaming is quite good compared to the MXQ i had. The only disadvantage is that this has no Satellite option, but just streaming. So if your Internet goes down, you won't have much choices.

    Hello,

I downgraded/upgraded most oscams vsn 10XXX up to 11205 today. Nothing has changed positively. Anybody running Oscam (card reader) on Ubuntu 12.04.5, please let me know what oscam is working for you.

    Thanks in advance

    Fugas

Is the version of oscam you upgraded too able to detect pcsc??? which is what you need for it to be able to recognize your omnikey reader....

There are lots of different versions of oscam when updates are released.... make sure that when your picking the version for your setup that the file name has libusb-pcsc in the description.

    Thank you Mckee25
    I am working on it
Sorry i forgot to add that I upgraded the version 11202 using simplebuild. I did selected that option, but...still

After updating ubuntu server to version r10207 oscam stops reading card (omnikey reader) at 7 am every morning i have to restart server to get it back.

i have been using the same config set up which was working a treat

    any thoughts
    shwonk

    Hi all,

I am having similar issues with my Oscam/ccam server. Since yesterday around 7pm my server won't read the card. I upgrated the oscam from 9990 to 11196 and then 11202, but no joy yet. I can see my peers connected but not the entitlement which were up to Feb 24, 2016 before this pblm started. The resding happened just for about 2 mns when i used oscam 9566, but once the server rebooted nothing.
this afternoon I cannot even access oscam (webif).

I just tried the card in the S*l box and all channels are working. Before i strip off the box. i would appreciate any suggestions.

    Thanks in advance

I've been using MXQ only 35 euros (OTT TV Box) Quad cor. That is good, but I tried to install the blackbox and that does not work.

I ordered 2 boxes and haven' t received them yet because of Xmas peak time with DHL.

    1) M8S+ Android 5.1 TV Box Amlogic S812 Quad Core 2.4G&5G Wifi 2GB/8GB H.265 HEVC
Gigabit Lan Bluetooth 4.0 KODI, which seems to be a lot faster, and

2 ) Receiver VIGICA C100S DVB-S2 Digital Satellite Receiver Support Cccam Newcamd
Dolby Bisskey 1GB/8GB Android 4.4 TV Box KODI (62 Euros)

I will get them sometimes this week and keep you posted

If i was you as its apparent oscam did not do the job, before worrying about updating and checking configs put the card back in the original box once its hooked to the dish and either phone them or use online chat and say you have been away for 2 weeks and have missing channels and once its all working give it 5 mins and bang it back in the server then sort the updating issue with oscam

    Hi All,

I have been running an SD white card that worked fine til yesterday. Now below listed Channels not clearing:
    S*y Sports 1,2,3, & 4
S*y movies Action, Select, Drama, Disney, Family, Comedy, Horror
don't clear. Before I put the card back into the original box and call them, just need to know if anyone has the same issue at the moment. My server is Oscam-cccam.
I tried and put the card in their original box and got a message "Contact the broadcaster to upgrade to HB....".
Usually there is phone number left to call but nothing.

    Any advice?

    Thank you in advance

    Hi All,

Am after calling them and told the box was turned off while away on holiday. within 2 mns, all back to normal

    Thanks,

    Hi All,

I got this sorted. Did run the card in dvbapi option for couple of days and up running again

    THANKS

    Hi All,

Anybody experiencing Nollywood not clearing on Irish s*y card? My oscam server was running smoothly for the past 5 months. However for the the last 3 days the card is not being cleared. I tried it in the original box and the channel worked perfectly. I downgraded from oscam 9990 to oscam 9655, and still no joy.

Could this be a beginning of a new anti-piracy implementation?

    Thank you

    Hi Stevejo,

I have 2 Amiko here to use. Any help with the dvbapi setting?

    Thank you

    Fulgas

Have you not got a spare e2 box to test with , just so you are using a totally different piece of equipment , you should not be having any issues at all ,that way you can just run dvbapi configs im positive this will get you going and help you rule out the card and pairing ,there is a totally different issue going on here

    - - - Updated - - -

Even if you are paired to a brand new hd box you will still clear the family pack when you take it out the hd box , there is no new pairing disaster happening of late there has been a few weird issues , i was convinced at one point my box got a virus , and had a solo 2 pack in totally but things are as they were apart from ecm times

I am after adding the boxid.....I can see my peers connecting but the premium channels are all "nok"
at least I can see their requests coming through....Still something wrong passing the emulation

I am stripping the box and will rebuilding it

I would prefer Debian at this stage but the link for automated script oscam-cccam 2.1.3 not working

    Thank you

    Much appreciated Mckee25

I will work on it and post any outcome this evening

    Cheers

    Fulgas

it's the converted one buddy..... the same you would use in cccam. But you don't have any spaces between the numbers like you would in cccam.

    Hi All,

Just to let you know that adding boxid to the oscam.server has improved a bit the situation. My peers are not active. However Sports and movies are still not clearing......

I even tried and used my old DM500S as a server last night and the same issue happened...No movies/Sports channels claired....Others were OK

Anybody still has the automated oscam-cccam 2.1.3 on debian, can let me know so I can try it

    Thank you

    Fulgas

    Hi All,

I think I posted this issue under a different heading yesterday.....This time I tried and the movies and sports are only clearing in the original box......Four months ago I first had this problem, I solved it by switching from Ubuntu to Debian and a couple of days later It worked. That card was from a old HD Thompson box.

    Hi Mckee25,

Message noted. Should the boxid (to be placed in oscam.server) be the actual number of the s*ybox or the converted binary one we use for cccam server? sorry but I never used it before. If yes, I will do so after work and keep you posted.

    Thank you

    Fulgas

    Thank you Mckee25,

I can see the peers connecting but not active at all. Even within the house a have 4 boxes and none of them is clearing the channels.....However I can access the webif on any internal/external network with no issue. but just nothing joyful happens. Dyns account up-to-date until Nov 16

    Thank you

    Fulgas

Do you mean your peers are not connecting to you??? if so is your DNS up to date......
