Let me put it right.
In order to PowerVu autoroll to work, you have to have following:
1. Oscam Emu installed and properly configured (oscam.user, oscam.conf & oscam.server files proper set-up).
2. SoftCam.Key file with working EMM key and dummy ECM keys inside.
Then you start Oscam Emu and change to a powervu channel on which EMM can be captured and stay there until EMM is captured and Oscam Emu writes the ECM keys automatically in the SofCam.Key file (which can be seen in the live log of Oscam through Oscam WebIF).
When the ECM keys are automatically written in the SofCam.Key file, the channel will immediately clear.
Here are files from my box set-up to autoroll on Asiasat 7 (105.5 East).
Doesnt seem to work for me on 4.8e

Question... sorry to threadcrash guys... is this the proper racing sis on 5e that has the horseracing? i remember installing this 20 years ago for granada with a monsterous dish and weird lnb...
If memory serves i think i read in the last few years the smartcard security used was power VU which i thought was unbreakable...army stuff i thought......
Would be great to know as i have my dad and a few other scallywags:-) that would love this at home.....
Many thanks for any info.
Yes it is for the horse racing - auto update on some receivers

When i use this config i lose the SIS / Bet Fred channels?

I think best solution for Now to install both Ncam and Oscam
Ncam to open AFN and put cacheex = 1 in emu reader
Oscam for other PowerVu Channels and BISS and others
This is not necessary.
To overcome the problem of other emu channels not working with cacheex enabled, do the following.
1. Create an oscam.services file with:
(or add to existing file - making sure "afn" does not already exist...)
2. Create a second emu reader. The oscam.server entries should look something like this simplified example:
Code
Display More[reader] label = oscam_emu protocol = emu device = Emulator caid = 0D00&0F00,090F,0500,1801,0604,0648,0D98,0650,0D95,0E00,1FFF,2600 detect = cd ident = 0E00:000000,000002;0D00:000000,000004,000010,000014,000020,0000C0,000000,0000CC;0D02:000000,00008C,0000A0,0000A4,0000A 8;0D03:000000,000004,000008,000024,000028;0D05:000004,000010;090F:000000;0500:030B00,023800,007400,007800;1801:000000;0604:000000;0D98:000000;0650:000 000;0D95:000000 group = 1 emmcache = 1,5,31,1 emu_auproviders = 0E00:000000 auprovid = 000E00 services = !afn [reader] label = AFN description = AFN-EMU protocol = emu device = Emulator caid = 0E00 detect = cd group = 1 emmcache = 1,5,31,1 emu_auproviders = 0E00:000000 auprovid = 000E00 cacheex = 1 cacheex_maxhop = 1 cacheex_allow_request = 1 services = afn
The last line for each reader specifies to either use or not use the afn services.
This can also all be done through the webif...Note: Some boxes/images do not need the cacheex enabled. So this is ONLY for boxes/images which need cacheex enabled in order for the afn channels to clear.
Note 2: This method also works for tvheadend...
Note 3: If you have some other powervu channels which use the same srvid as one of the afn channels, they will probably not work. (thanks to nautilus7 for reminder...)
Working for me using Vu Solo2 - Open ATV - Oscam 11392

Can you link the package please?
There used to be a guy on Ebay selling them - will look back to see if i can find his details

How much is it a month?
How much does your dealer want?
-
Not working for me using Vu Solo2 but 4.8e is ok and 39e is ok using the softcam mentioned
Do I need a new receiver?
-
VU+Solo2 openATV 6.1
OSCamEmu 11392 ipk master G
Powervu OK
Working for me using this image on Solo2
-
I also recommend the Edision os mini
Good little box, dont bother with the cable tuners...
Also you could buy a PC tuner which eliminates about 70% of the problems people have with enigma viewing channels and allows you to watch 4:2:2
How does the PC tuner work ?
Is it in the receiver or in your computer?
-
Interested in this - got a couple of queries
Does the card reader accept Skylink cards?
Does it open the Powervu channels via Oscam?

Where are you based, if able to collect?
