No way under SOGA they can void warranty if you have opened it up to install HD as it's sold as a PVR. Obviously if you started unscrewing other components that's different.

That´s exactly what I thought..... that´s why the screws don´t come waxed nor painted... -
If the box is under warrenty let them fix it for you, if they send you a new PSU and that isn't the issue you will have voided the warrenty as soon as you open it up as you are not an approved Vu+ repairer. Once you have opened teh box they have no obligations to fix the fault.

as for the subtitles .does this happen on all channels or a certain regional one?
I cant even find what your first pic is showing...
I´ve tested the teletext button ,,press the same button once or twice and it should come back out again..
I´m also using BH 2101 but not ultimo.... -
Doubt it buddy... each box has its own configurations..
But maybe somebody has managed somehow... -
once you turn off the subtitles then full reboot and it should stop..
to come back out of teletext pressing exit or TV should go back to viewing screen -

install Ace Player HD (vlc) on your PC then install plugin AcestreamPlayer (attached).on your dreambox.
configure the player on pc then configure the other player on your dreambox ,install the list then restart both so they communicate to each other..
I havent got time to try this myself but if i were to then i would follow the instructions to the letter.. -
please be a little more specific.. as to exactly which backup ,version,date ,etc..

why would you stick with old images running on oe 1.6 ??

Normally you would find it within your plugins folder. start it click on what you are interested in ..
download and then you will find the streams at the very end/bottom of your channels list....
remember to full restart the duo after installing.. -
Most streams you see posted here have a very short lifespan as most dynamic IPs change within a 3 day period..
