remember for any changes to the system its always advisable to FULL restart/reboot to take effect.
remote control go to menu> plugins> you will see it there if it has installed correctly..
if not ,then simply repeat the action of downloading again.. -
Are you mapping the swapfile correctly ?
installing swapfile and flashexpander is usually first.
But living in avalon on a usb stick you shouldn´t need either as you already know the flash is the size of how much you alllocate on stick.. -

Hi all...
I have a amiko micro hd just bought, and after doing a recent update (the first one ive ever done, previously owned mini hd for 6 months)
after the flash, the net client config on the internet options has vanished :(
ive tried afew flashes from sat sites and the option just doesnt seem to come back, i have no idea what to do....
( trying to learn is hard when your a novice!! )
anyone with any ideas id be much obliged...Cheerss, EZ

or maybe give a version number or date as somebody might have a full working copy to share with you -
sometimes its the most obvious under our very noses....

As explained in the previous post # 8 ,
one thing would be to create lss addons pluginor any addons plugin for sh4,
another thing would be to create/modify/upload/maintain the plugins as they are constantly being updated/revised...
So this essentially would be a fulltime task for the member/team which we just don´t have time for..

Have never come across any of this when living in avalon in UNO...
perhaps try a more recent version like 2.0.9.1 ??? -
give the solo2 a static IP , make sure you also add the name server settings.
whichever IP you give the solo2 you also need to use for port frowarding in the router.
full reboot the solo2 and the router... -
time out could be a change in IP..
search for it in DCC and within menu>setup>system> network
restart router and box after any changes.. -
you could use dreambox edit or dreamset to delete or manually delete from menu
you could also try your region setting in ab..
I have never needed the use of ab so cant help you morehtan that bud..sorry -

duplicates are usually regional channels
you could try this plugin for removal of duplicates -
I was having this same problem, which i managed to sort out using an image which doesn't need to be flashed through null modem (rs232) cable. It can be done through USB and all the channels which where audio only are working . If anybody wants that image let me know and I'll upload it on here.

I have Solo2 with latest blackhole image. I have enabled hbbtv but I don't see hbbtv logo - where does that appear? Are there any channels on 28.2E I can try this with?
Not yet ...
I believe there are some on 19.2ºE , HBBTV will light up and you then press red button to enter the interactive settings if you are on a channel which provides it
