  • Black Hole 2.0.1 OE 2 - VU Uno

    this is not a backup image but a full image from BH team..
    if the server is working but isn´t reading the card(s) then its your card readers or if you use them in the uno then maybe the wrong way up/down...
    last case would be I could upload a working image with oscam/CCcam implemented if it really is too difficult for you.

    in vix : menu-setup-system-user interface-position setup
    in bh: you have something very similar..
    remember to full restart after changing..

    for you to get in thorugh your web browser type the IP of the stb ,,
    for example : 192.168.1.1:16001


    1 will be the iP of your stb..
    then enter user and password.

    if you are getting from a peer who doesn´t or can´t give reshare then the line wont get past the first client box.
    there´s not much else you can do except maybe change the line over to the other stb .
    bit of a pain but there´s not much else you can do..

  • No Setanta on solo.

    it sounds as rami has suggested,,you are not getting reshare on setanta ,,
    presuming you have got this line in your ultimo and then feeding the solo from the ultimo..
    you can easily find this out(whether you have reshare or not) by checking the peer in cs studio..
    the possible reason you can open other channels is htat you are recieving from (an)other peer(s)

  • A standard *** uk guy looking at a new set up

    with a smartphone/iphone or ipad/tab you can easily setup your motor if you are up a ladder or on roof away from stb...
    it can take a "noob" up to 2/3 hours to tweak a motor + dish to max signal..
    but just think of the benefits of learning/doing it never mind the fun of it all !!!
    this is supposing it is being mounted on a private residence of 2 or 3 floors...
    As for the how to.. htere are some threads regarding this on the site ,,there are also some good youtube tuts of how to..
    go for duo or solo2 and make the missus happy as we all know that THAT is priceless ;)

    look at the "setup" section as an eye opener
    and hardware section..

  • Nothing will install for me

    a) you are not following the correct procedure of installation
    b) you are not using the correct version of each installation
    c) the image has become corrupt somehow.
    suggestion:
    make/save a copy of your personal configurations/settings
    reflash stb with whichever image you choose and start from scratch
    or use a backup of whichever image you choose.
    There is little else to be done apart from getting somebody else to try installation for you.
    Once you have tried one or all the above suggestions,
    then let us know the results.
