Unless you have a sat.mxl file ( channel settings installed) then it won´t know what to move to..
or in setup-service searching - positioner setup.. see if you can manually move it fom there... -
CCcam.cfg
CCcam.bin ---> / var / bin -----> this is the binary(like the .exe in windows) this should be set to chmod(attributes) 755 otherwise CCcam wont start up.
CCcam_emu.sh ---> / var / script -----> This is the script file(like the .Bat in msdos). This file has to have chmod 755. Inside it should contain the route of hte file.bin of the version we are trying to start,(for example 2.1.4).

If you have followed the suggestions til now, download whichever CCcam you want to use ,this will self install in the correct places.
Then in CCcam.cfg add your line(s)
change the default password.
open your listen to port to whichever port you aer going to give peers.
job done.

I haven't updated my channels in a while. Only when a channel I watch changes is when I normally update

The SD freq corresponds to SBO 19 + SBO 20
NOTE : these freqs are within ire/UK footprint as I cannot get signal for them in Spain.. -

Add your lines anywhere in the CCcam.cfg and remember to unhash ( eliminate # in front of) your listen to open port to whichever port you are forwarding in router.
As you already stated in your first post .. usr/keys -
Inside TSpanel you will see our linuxsat-support addons.,go to cams- atv and choose whichever emu you want.
it will automatically download and intall then reboot box
then add your own personal CCcam cfg -
so you can either live with what you have.... or...
get yourself a card with certain package then look for a peer with another package to share with.

At first it might all seem very daunting but it is far better( you´ve got all the info + support on site)
than "monthly renting" from those "microwave operators" in the south..

Then you misunderstood whatyou have read/heard.
You either need a subscription card and/or a peer with such card to open any P.P.V channels
An emulator such as CCcam will open these when you have configured it for your own card.. -
My way of thinking would be to getthe remote working with the box again even if it means reflashing ...
you could also try something else:
reprogramme the r.c . procedure:
press and hold 2 and 7 for three seconds untill the led turns red
press help
press 0001 or 0002 or 0003 or 0004
this will then allow you to use your selected vu+ model
MODE 2: UNO/ULTIMO/SOLO2/DUO2..
It may be worth a shot.. -
Which image & version are you trying to flash ?
image prob became corrupted while flashing..
reflash the box again and wait for it to auto-reboot fully. -

vu+ player works quite well, there are still a lot of bugs though,,latest version is 2.0 from May I recall..

You don't need a Cable.xml if you do a frequency step scan.
Lraizer's cable plugin requires user to be on an active channel when running it. You can get away with scanning one transponder then running the plugin.
ABM will run without existing channels.

theres no plugin as such, you need a cable.xml in tuxbox
then a cable tuner and automatic scan of the tuner..
restart box and your done.. although cant see how you are planning to open those channels..
