Remember that RTE or any Irish tv is FTA so a way round that could be a usb DTT tuner..or another LNB + dish..
IPtv works very well on my Vu+ UNO + DUO2,,it might seems daunting at the beginning but just takes getting used to installing ,etc...

I´ve just watched a youtube video of the hypercube and you install the CCCam.cfg in var/keys...
that may be your problem of no activation?

From what I have read the signature you are missing is teh bootstrap which is from the vendor/portal..
Although this manual is for the old 200, they all work on the same principle..

Time taken : less than 1 minute using the searchbar top right ....

I have tried this now on BH image and one of a few I can open is Bahrain,,the rest before it wont open...
try Bahrain channel and Cairo channel,, both opening on TSmedia 7.7 full on BH image in duo2

30% is nothing bud... most tuners will not open channels under 37 %...
You should start from the channels list.. why not load a ready made list onto the box..
then check all F connectors from box to lnb then check dish itself is in line ..
if you can try the setup with another box then you can take it from there..

check crashlogs in /media/hdd/ or var/volatile/tmp/TSmedia_log

first try doing opkg update and install the plugin again
write in telnet

opkg update

then manually ftp the ipk over to var/volatile/tmp and telnet

opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk
