Hi all, Has anyone been able to or know how setup a BTHomeHub 3.0 correctly for use with a CCcam/OScam Server????
I tried the following steps and was able to open port 12000 but still my channels wont clear or i am unable to access oscam webif through my no-ip address.

I went to advanced settings, selected settings, port forwarding, supported applications, add user defined game or application and entered these details

Game/application name: server12000

Protocol: Any
Port Range: 12000 - 12000
Translate To: 12000 - 12000

Added and Applied these settings

Then selected the configuration tab and set these settings

Game or application: server12000
Devices: server (MAC Address same as connected server in home network tab under Physical connections)

Added and applied these settings
Restarted Router
Tested port 12000, Result: Port 12000 is OPENED
But still I am only able to connect to server localy by putting device ip:port into browser
When i try my public ip:port ---- connection times out (same thing when i try my no-ip address:port)

If anyone knows what i'm missing out or what i'm doing wrong can you please let me know,

UPDATE!!!

I have now restored the original backup i was using and all is working again but not on the image i want.
Can i copy the drivers from this to my new image????? If so what is the drivers location????

Hi all, i have a DM800HD Sim 2.10 Clone and up until recently i was using my EDIMAX EW-7711UTn as a usb wireless adapter for it with no problems at all.
My problem is now i have flashed my box with a new clean image (Not Someone Elses Backup) and now i am unable to use the adapter as i don't know where to get the suitable driver for it....
Could someone please tell me what i have to do to get it working again????????

I am unable to flash anything. When i plug the usb in and turn it on nothing happens. Nothing on the display, usb doesn't light up, Only the red led is on at the top left corner of the display and i can hear the HDD spinning

Hi, I tried to flash my Vu Duo Clone with OpenVix 3.0 today then i got an error..... The box just came on and showed (Starting......) and wouldn't go any further. I then flashed with bootloader (duo_cfe_3_0_usb) then flashed the original stock firmware and it worked fine. Then i tried flashing the bootloader before flashing OpenVix 3.0. Again to see if that would help, nope...the same thing, It just froze on (Starting.....) I then flashed with the bootloader again to fix this and after it said (Finished Remove USB And Reboot) i restarted it and now it won't come on at all.... Nothing on the display just the red LED and i can hear the Hard Disk spinning. Anyone any ideas how i might be able to fix this?

Thanks mate, I found the password reset option in tspanel, i did it then restarted the box and tried again to ftp to it using username ' root ' and password either ' password ', ' dreambox ' or leave it blank..... none of these work.....

Thanks, one problem though, i cant ftp to the box as i have forgotten the ftp password. Is there any way i can change this?

Hi all, I have a vu duo running ViX 2.4 and i was wondering how i set it up to use a sly card instead of a server...... Can someone please tell me how this is done. I've done it before on an openbox s11, I have my nds boxkey generated ready to add just unsure how to do it... Thanks in advance for any help

Thanks Banny thats it working now....:-).. One last thing..... in the 1channel plugin when i go to tv shows then select a letter it jumps back to --123-- and won't let me go no further.... Any ideas???

Done that mate.. set it to media/hdd and still im unable to rewind????? Can't see a setting to enable it anywhere just that recording location..... Also is there a default image i have to flash before i flash your backup to completely wipe everything??? I flashed your backup and only a few thing were changed...

Hi. I have a dm800hd clone sim 2.10 SSL84, is there a good OpenPLi backup on here for it??? If not is there a good stable OpenPLi image..... i have been lookin for a while now and all the ones i find are either sim 3 or else ssl84b and im not sure if they're compatible or not, i have tried a few though.... I've just set my vu duo up with ViX 2.4 and i was looking for something similar to that...... i tried flashing my DM800HD clone with (OpenPLi-2.1-beta-dm800-20120222-sim201-ssl84b) and it keeps freezing and i have to restart softcam everytime after it restarts to clear encryptes channels, i have tried using CCcam 2.3.0 and 2.1.4 and both are the same.

That should put original VU image on a Duo Clone

yeah i followed all this and got my vu duo clone working fine. My question is which image do i flash my original duo with before i flash it with your backup in order to completely wipe it? I tried just flashing your backup and it still keeps freezing on me when i try to use the 1channel plugin.

hi, guys i have installed the tspannel dyndns plugin set the credentials as it as asked but still cant login
do i set the host as my.no-ip.org:port or my.no-ip.org,port? for eg
how do i define a port for it to use? is there a config file somehwre like there is for oscam were i add in conf host,port?
i have also tried to find stuff on this and looked all over but seems to be a bit of a grey area

Hi, i have successfully set up my vu duo exactly the way i want thanks to other linuxsat members expert advice, The last thing i would like to be able to do is to access my duo from outside my home network. I have been able to get it going localy using WMP11 with Klite mega codec pack installed (VLC Player wouldn't start for me despite numerous attempts) Could someone please tell me how i go about doing this.... Thanks in advance for any help.. ;-)

Thought so cause i tried it on my DM500S and haven't changed it since. I think its a brilliant image. ;-)
