I disagree that the tspannel is crap, going back to my dbox2 days it was pretty standard tbh in the images now everything is at your fingertips for ease :-)
Yea some things are abit unclear what's compatible with what image sometimes but that's what backups are for :-)
I personally have to congratulate all the hard work and effort devs put into all this image/plugins as they do it for the love of it, if they had the attitude above then we wouldn't be we're we are at today tbh

I'll continue to try and I'll also try new images today as a work around see what gives and post back here, but 1st impressions of the vix image I do like it a lot and want to continue using it :)

That's the whole reason I sold my blade 7000 I wanted fredom and the duo has provided that :-) no end

Also the instant support I got on here when my box arrived from masterG, mrgmx and a couple others you know who you are, just goes to show how strong this board is about helping others, I personally supported the forum and will continue to do so by posting and helping as n where I can and donate as and when I can, that's just my gratitude back to linuxsat-support

Mind you the 1channel plugin is actually working perfect now, I'm watching the hunger games :-)

Rite I installed the original image :-)
Then once done installed yours over the top
1st kernel rebooted
2nd the image

All went fine :-)
Then I went to download flashexpander all went ok rebooted with blue button, went to plugins selected flashexpander then asks create press ok

CRASHED. Lol software MSG again :-(

Can you install flash expander? And select it and create?

yea mrgmx i was using your backup the second one you posted :) i have DL from the link and just installing it now, once done do i flash the kernal 1st from your backup then reboot and flash the other bigger file :)

thats all installed just on vu setup menu

and yes mine a clone :)

i did try that image yesterday but it just hung on starting :(
im not installing owt from usb just the image etc rest from tspanel, but nowt working properly when i try to use it after rebooting then use

Hi I'm trying to install plugins etc like fan control 2 but everytime I try to use it it crashes and says needs to restart due to software error/failure

Infact it's most plugins I try to use do this to me :-(

I tried flash expander also and when I goto create it does same as above
Anyone any ideas how n why it's doing this?

You do need the nline as i take it you are using oscam as reader and cccam as server
just the settings on the CCcam.cfg like user pass etc etc change them to how you like and ports to suit you then just forward them in the router

The only other parameters you need is when you start adding peers/clients etc
A guide on here shows you all thats needed to get you on your way :)

i did use the CCcam/oscam but tried oscam as server/reader and found it suited me :)

because in safari it asks for a constant login as auth time is like set to 15s so thats all you get or unless you edit a file before compile oscam, opera seems to work flawless so i thought id share my findings

Hi, these are all availible from the box itself

By pressing menu
scroll down to blade online
then choose the satellite you require
then choose your area
select it itll upload to the box

then go back to tv choose all satellites
scroll through all the numberd channels until you find
7 Day EPG Download select that leave it on for 10mins max and you will have full 7 days
its not great but alot better than it used to be

Can this be setup on my oscam server as it is now or do i need a seperate pc? running ubuntu?

As an option, why dont you get yourself a oldish desktop pc and run from there? i got a dual core 4gig ram one off ebay for £22!! its like the old office flat type and have to say its an awsome unit for what i use it for and never had a issue, just an option for you to consider, and could take the strain off your box maybe??

Hi, guys i have decided to sell my blade media 7000s box its 4 months old i paid £150 for it, and i have to tell you this is a fantastic box VERY EASY USER FRIENDLY, the picture quality is fantastic, im only selling it as i want a open source box, i want more fredom :) mrs wont be happy lol

The box comes with remote and power lead and a hdmi cable, the mrs used the box!!! to post a ebay item!!!! i have instructions (somewhere)

hi are u using oscam/cccam as server and reader?? or oscam alone, if oscam alsone you will need to make a servive file and then goto the reader of the peer and tick the channels you dont want to recieve, IE !box nation <<< means you wont recieve that wick the box without ! and you will recieve that

i had same problem few days ago, i posted here and was solved i just was making mistake of ticking both boxes on same service

I have just today noticed i have bit of a problem with Glitching it only seems to be on 1 channel BNation

basicly i get BNation from my mate its on HOP1 from him
i have 2 other proxies they may have BNation but its hop2-3 for me not an issue as i have it from my mate hop1

The issue is every few mins oscam decides its the other 2 proxies turn to do the channel and thats when it gitches for 5-10 seconds then goes back to my mates card?

how can i stop this? its bugging me now lol i have messed around loads today trying to set groups etc etc even made a service for the 2 readers for box nation but when i do n tick box nation boxes i get nothing from them at all

ok i have done it yet again, i have been trying to figure/understand why its red n stuff etc, its the hops i can change to say 10 hops then it becomes into 1 of 1 card, if i change to 2 hops i get what they have upto hop2 etc, this has been doing my head in for ages now, i ask then i figured it out lol

im trying to figure out why im my oscam i share cards with 3 ppl but my mates card is connected 1 of 1 in black writing but the 2 other shares are in red? my card on my mates server is also in black writing

link just takes me to a blank screen :S not sure why
