    nah m8 thats no gona happen, they be now FTA via HD stb but lets face it thats just a rouse to get most STD boxes gone ;)
    only reason you get to access BBC HD FTA in few others Bar RT is so that they can log what cards are paird to SD in watching BBC in few others in HD :P

    fact of matter is this i've heard for soem time emails in letters saying no more SD yah need contact us blah blah,
    from what i can make out this is to try force upgrades to HD as laws in legislations state that to dump SD they need certian % of HD subs
    and unless they have this number of % they cannot shut off SD broadcasts or white cards ;)


    now watch the PROJECT FEAR / LOOK WHAT ELSE YAH CAN DO !
    with HD STB to try make greed get rid of SD STB ;P

    And copy it to the main folder where E22TVH is installed.


    On my computer is on:

    Code
    C:\Program Files (x86)\WETEK\E22TVH


    It will ask if you want to overwrite the previous file.


    Just click on YES


    After that, please start the App using Admin rights.


    I've tested this on my DVB-C/S configuration, and it worked well for me.


    Just picked a list that i've downloaded and upload it to WeTek.


    It's now working very well.


    Please, let me know your results. mind and run as admin the e22tvh to yeah ;)

    thanx ive not had much joy with retro arch on LE or OE :) so do let me know how you get on ,
    yah that would work on updates in chan lists updates would have to make a new DB account
    and in past experiences some one always steals the dropbox account by changing email in password details lolz
    got e22tvh working right yeah , im sure i posted a file that you need to overwrite to install folder that sorted the
    numbering so when convert all in order and as per should be, i currently convert Rats list but am thinking of changing to a
    multi sat list or at least converting multi and adding to rar folder with readme to add to vdr and how to enable in TVH ,
    so that only 28.2 users dont have to fcuk about to much to get rid of the excess lists .

    when had a 50mg sub with vermin i was able to dump the superhub and get all docs3 certs
    and clone to the above modem this was issued for a time by vermin and can actually do approx 300meg
    i dont think the process will have changed much by now as my test run was given to another many years ago
    as i moved supplier and n longer use vermin , i'll see if i still have the tools of guides but i dont hold my breath
    as ive had many HDD failers and some data just could never recover or resource again

    so whilst i been tighed up in other things i been reading about few things that
    could be ok for Mars if doable , thats MuMuDvb backend on android , now i know there
    id not a front end in XBMC for MuMuDvb but it works well with SimpleIPTV PVR via
    M3u so basically same as VU+ and VU+ PVR , has anyone compiled this for Mars
    or looked into how to compile it and if its viable as a backend ?


    as i think ive read right if your DVB is onboard and able to talk to droid then the backend should pick it up
    and dvb tools are avail for scanning ect ect,

    i know its not the greatest solution but would allow to get LiveTv via Kodi interface
    via SimpleIPTV and the M3U channel list thats is generated, ive looked about for a tutorial
    on how to compile for android MuMuDvb but aint seen one so thought i would ask here
    if anyone knows or thoughts on this wither it would work or not ?

    thanx m8 , unforgivably im actually kinda literate :P lolz
    but i can listen to the suggestion you have given but where will i do this in with what ?
    if im honest my linux is not great as i norm ave t save txt files with commands all set out
    so i can search em in use approx (i got ma own system) but that system failes when i have HDD
    failers lolz. so some times now im at a loss espesh with droid as thats on a drive i DESTROYED cause i kinda had to lolz :)

  • How to make a backup to restore ?

    i get the connect i get the back up hit here it then goes all words in stops i get no
    ok backup on mars screen at all so i think this is where it goes wrong for me


    all did from win system , wifi , mars on wifi to .


    ive updated my ubuntu system to 14:04 but not had time to try that yet see if it helps
    still to fix my kodi on that , but had to update to see if the compiling tools would help
    for other things ;) as when i tryed it kept failing, but ill get to that after i sort this backup
    as if i kepp jumping about ill no sort nought lolz :)


    gota say though im impressed with my mars with a little config its holding up well very well indeed
    on a sidenote tony whats agood usb hub for mars ? what yah using in recommend to exspand on teh USB available
    i know i can bang in a 128gig micro sd but would pref use USB on something im looking into on running kodi from USB not from mars itself
    and use the USB as storage for kodi and just a xml file to redirect to said place , thus alowing me to use the USB to run hopefully all roms
    and retro arch as Kodi addon and be able to have kodi in all my roms on 1 USb drive :) kodi gui seems slower but no issue with streams at all
    doing this but ive still to play with teh xml file to try sped upthe GUI screen changes or addon opening :)


    but with only 2 usb & 1 took up with BT adaptor kinda need to be able to run either stick or BT via a hub :)


    but doing so will clear approx 100 odd MB from the mars system depending on Kodi size off-course ;) but does help a bit on what droid apps ect ect yah can install

    1. Nice idea my pres oscam tbh but hey vast magority use cccam
    2. have a blade spare if required for server use, could link into various update places or may be usefull to tryacces droid via L/sat
    mars droid app as we have in E2 ect ect ;)
    3. already said very usefull to chop down then sort out via other tool posted by Tony with the latest build it works good :)

    5. be usefull on STB EMU as its seaminly a cunt to config , not played with it yet as i do this in ma spare time in am mostly paying PS1, n 64games lolz
    honestly dot watch tv just play games in only good at old ones lol :)
    6. OTA upgrades hmm dunna there always slowing traffic to support sites and can be troublesome rather than backing up sysetem , wiping , updating and then restoring , a decient recovery program would be usefull and beifitual for updating via many means above,


    massive kudo's on work been put in, i hope to play with your oter mods posted soon , just need to get holo backup working right so i have a place to store my system ive set so far , kodi side is ok plaing with retro arch the now but need to config files blH BLAH ken
    but dinny wanna loose ma stand alone emu players , ive already likked it , lolz :)

    but i cant seem to get it to do a backup , i know im rooted and busybox is installed and updated
    this i know as i got tthe PS3 Duelshock3 synk to BT and works the EMU few tweeks still to do with some stand alone EMU and retroArch
    settings ect ect for 360 pads and BIOS thats works best with Mars, but my plan is to sort this this weekend/ tonight , seen the mods by TVGURU
    for launcher and DTV so am gona have to play with them to but would much pref to be able to take a simple backup of all STB , so i can spend a min time poss resetting back up to as is now , and once im happy with other things restore and then add to the image what i did b4, with last killing i did installing linux lolz :) although that should be very possible with hardware just my limited knowledge :)

    We able to set the main screen picture ? and say a folder will certian apps in it for example games , tools ect ect ?
    i am booting right into kodi just now and accessing the DVB side of it via apps, android apps mars dvb then LiveTv launches that way
    but this looks much better than teh original droid interface :)

    agreed im opening up more todroid if im honest i have always patched droid bar to take myself off grid
    via mobile , but not having a mobile for 3 plus years have slowed down my knowlage gathering,
    been iliterate dont help but we need tolook into the builds from kodi splinter cells to keep alive as there gons pull plug i=on it

    working much quicker now with the tick options for
    setting the fav's , on a side note what would be great is the function
    to be able to change the placment holder numbers when you edit the fav's names
    ie been able to set 1,2,3,4,5,6 after each fav section and then able to
    change the fav's location in the mars from 1st to 6th for example :)


    but between this in the channel stripper posted by other member GuruTV
    its much easier to update your lists :)


    just some feed back for yah guys to think about
