I don't see the point in having no Kodi, that is the whole idea of having e2+ Kodi, a box all in one, i won't be testing it without Kodi, my openelec works great at the moment with VDR bouqets and all channels sorted in sly order, why would you wan't to go backwards, if you just wan't e2 there are plenty of boxes out there that cater for E2, Wetek is not built for E2 only and pli is not the most stable anyway, vix is my favourite.
Just my little rant, Wetek is better than being used as a E2 box.
you just edit the .confi file and change :TV Movies to :D Movies offcourse :A would be the first in the list then B,C ect before :D Movies
and it will fall into the order you need i find having a blank template with the corrections to the :TV to : letter in full caps helps
just run Rats , save via dreambox edit, zip up the files inside , online convert, and then edit the template but cut in paste
TvHeadend has the E2 2TVH and again all you have to do is log into TVHwebif and go to section that gives the fav names and set the 0's to
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 all way up to 18 sections i think of top of my head and well u can do that with E2 still on screen ;)
then just reboot and then clear data from system menu live tv and its all done , not as quick as auto update and sort i know but really 3mins tops ;)
E2 2TVh 1.4 sorts the numbering inside fav lists so they stay the same as E2 list now ;)

there is how ever a way of doing auto in tvheadend thats almost 100% but very usable if you run the script in a shell
i believe , ive still to look into it more on how to do it and also how the ubuntu port is coming along as kodibuntu would

dvbapi user must be same as user name linuxsatsupport for a start
if cccam is reader make sure want emu is ticked from oscam reader webif
sounds as if one of the config files has corrupted or restore , check the dvb-api user name is set right
what pVr have you activated ? tvheadend ? you could also go into its web if and ensure the tuners are correctly set
the channel list on this will be needed to be updated to i would imagine , theres guids to do this posted if TVheadend use E2 2 TVH if VDR use the online E2 to .conf converter
and yeah you need to reboot a few times 1 after u config oscam and 1 after you set your PVR tbh ive found after any update or change you make you need to reboot via full power out and back it to help changes stick :)
if your using Cccam make sure you tick want emu near the user n pass area of oscam webif
there is also a backup by myself posted that is ready fot you to just edit the oscam webif with your dyndns port user n password des key ect ect
its in backups section of wetek :)
lets see if it fixes openelec on wetek l8r ;)

hi all ok so i have came across a issue where if a backup is larger than say 1.4 gig it just wont restore ,
just returns a error of not enough space :( i have 2 weteks and a openelec versions and it just wont restore my initial build from wetek version :(
now i have tryd to back via a app called USB-SDCARD WIZARD and i can get it to backup ok but when i restore this failes to hangs at 100% grrrrr . Does anyone know of a work around or another usb backup tool that can do the job i require so i dont have to manually redo the other wetek n openelec versions i own ?
I am running 6.0.1 on all 3 boxes i have done hard-resets to each box and formatted all user space ect ect just hitting a brick wall here , so if anyone has a idea let me know please .
really CBA removing stuff to get it under a certain size to be able to use backup restore thats just nutz :)
yup you will need to active oscam via this before it opens up in browser as i said above

do any of these support mgcamd? or are we stuck with oscam...as I just cant get my vm line to work with oscam what so ever been 3 days in a row now 8 hours a day and zilch.....I don't even know why OpenATV lost their minds to stop supporting mcamd or cccam that's if they ever did...
i already told yah there is only oscam for wetek , thats it nought else u can use CCcam n Newcamd protocols and if used as server then a 2nd stb can access wetek via mgcamd very easily enough though
lolz i run openelec in nand tbh , i see no real benifit for my use i only really E2 to run rats updater to update my
chan list ;) and find a 2gig msd does that easily enough , but with the new fixes to openelec that lets you boot openelec to openelec
i will be next testing to see it lets me boot openelec nand to lakka MicroSd as lakka based on O/e so hopefully its achievable now as wernt b4
in that was a pain in the ass , so chances me sticking E2 in nand are slim to none tbh , yah could try using the backup tools in E2 on one of the Msd backups and then dumping it onto nand , cant say for sure it will work because im sure the nand versions are older now and dont think online update is a good idea on any image bar Pbnigma and then if i mind right there nand version published is before online update but hey worth a go though :) post yer results if you do :)

surley you can install olg gotham addons on it nah ? you could try superepo or tvaddons repo as 1 of the 2 lets u install gotham addons ;)
i cant comfirm this works as i dont have this stb unfort but if you install these repos you will find the one that lets you choose gotham,isongard ect ect
im pretty sure its superepo tbh ;)
Never tried that tbh, but don't forget that the e2 images are still in beta phase, so, erros are expectable to be found
I'm able to open kodi on PBNigma, and use some addons
Hence why openelec way ahead :)
