did you get the no ca fixed , ive tryed a few tyms on ma clone 800hd fixed a few times buit now its nio plyin at all , i need to repolace the chip as its degraded as cheap shit
i always got back alive via a openpli image wsith nought on it minimum 38mg if i mind then i could put a later oimkage on it , biut liek i say its dead now without chip swap
bit random without much fix i know just ma 2p worth as i been there b4 :)

you could download the E2 file above and open it in dreambox edit then in options choose E1 settings and remove the HD files from this list
and send over to your dm600 hope this helps :)
how did you go on this update gullon i have gone back to last official build as VDR kept failing to start and constant reboots on my O/E wetek
i even did a clean istall rather than update tar with no joy :)
thanx for update , it was a issued fi wetek 8gig i used my only other option was a 16 ive got a 4gig but it seams to crash after reboot when it set up but its not fast card i assume that why it fails i only norm use it as camera sd
i can see if ui can grab a smaller micro thats good enough via a few m8s or in town hink im goin tues ior wed , tbh id hate usin 8gig in using aboot 300 mb

You dont have any softcams installed. Grab the softcam ipk from on here . Then follow these steps (this is something knocked up for openatv) but it should be broadly similar for vix. Remember this for mgcamd but again should be similar for ccam. When you use cccam though you dont edit newcamd.list you edit cccam.
1. Get the softcam ipk file' and save it to your pc (e.g desktop);
2. using filezilla ftp to your box;
3. In the left hand margin of filezilla scroll to where you have saved the ipk file. For example, if it was on your desktop you would click on desktop in the top left pane;
4. Now go to the box files right hand pane > scroll to tmp and click on it to open the tmp files;
5. Now back to the left pane > click on the ipk file > right click > choose upload. This transfers the ipk file to tmp on your box.
6. Now on your remote control press menu > setup > software management > scoll down to install local extension > press ok > scroll to memory /tmp > ok > ok > green.
7. After installation you might need to reboot (might not);
8. Press menu > plugins > download plugins > softcams > scroll down to mgcamd 1.38 or 1.35 > ok > yes;
9. Press blue > softcam > softcam panel > your cam should be showing > blue to install > then green to start.
That should be the softcam up and running now you can follow the instructions above to install your line.
Note: Sometimes when the softcams are installed you will see the files in /usr/keys all end in example. You can just delete that part of the file. e.g newcamd.list.example - delete example.

once its shutdown then shut lid , there will probs a config in power options ;)
the power is to do with the fact when u close lid it put it into sleep , even though you shutting its sleeps quicker than it shuts down :)
Ok so for this you will require a 8gig MicroSD and i also use a 8g USB formated to 2 partitions 1x5g set as HDD n 1x3g set as USB
for this i use HDD as tuner server and USB for plugin mover and epg stored , i have not been able to get use of the unused space on the microSD
& i cant find a good enough Microsd in my possession thats smaller unforgivably i knoe soz lol

ive both DvB-S feeds to 28.2 but im sure yah will be able to change that guys

i am looking into conveting one of my old towers , what version of ubunto would this suit , i have debian8 jessie on my HTPC laptop
but couid only get xbmx 13.1 to install on that system , very possible my linux skillset that caused that i might add lol,
that been said though this would fit in and replace my windows setup used in much the same way as

soz i missed this reply on 29th , but yah need to exstract the e2 file to a folder then go into the folder and highlight all filers
right click then choose add to archive as zip file , the upload that file thats in the folder the zip file you just created to the web address and it will output the right .conf for you

i dont have that much traffic and cant see myself going up to 4k for some tym either tbh , so for my usage theres no reason to do so with not having a dvb-T,S,C

EDIT.... 35 minutes conversation with BT, call center destination unknown, they have admitted they are experiencing problems with their domain named servers (again) and hope to have things resolved within 48 hours

id have the feed in it where card i sto update from the emc's in the stream m8 direct , yah should be able to do it via the way yu are with the client been updater but id go direct maself feed in same location of card :)
