Sky deu keep crashing and lag it's normal?
are you using oscam from this thread? if not, then why do you even ask?
afaik this is the only oscam with icam, that doesnt crash regularly, and if u meant freezes, thats a different topic...

So i was wondering, if my enigma2 box could use oscam directly installed on another device, in my case its in docker on a home server, and if yes, how do i set it up exactly?
And by directly, i mean without oscam client running on the enigma2 box, but evertyhing running on the home server?
How do you go back to enigma2 in case you dont want to use tvh anymore?
Also what are the recommended requirements for transcoding?
Im using one box just for streaming (zgemma) but the built in transcoding isnt great, so i thought maybe it works better on tvh?
Why does E2 still need stream relay? I heard it was a driver thing?
tell vu zgemma etc to fix it, maybe they will, but i wouldnt get my hopes up, at best it will be fixed in new boxes
im getting this error when i try to start CSP, how can i fix it?ok thats fixed, now the issue is, my oscam client cannot connect to csp, i set up everything exactly the same as newcamd, but for oscam, but it doesnt work, and it worked with newcamd
Hello, could anyone give me an example of a config, i got my card in oscam on a local linux server, id like to use csp as a cache, so when both my clients watch the same channel, the cw will be pulled from csp cache, instead of using the card twice , ive been trying to figure it out but this just goes right over my head, and theres not much info around
Is anyone running this in a docker, and would share how to do it?
Ive switched to newcamd and now its better, it only timeouts for 10ish seconds
I got a server on my local network, and 3 clients connected to it, everything works great until at least 2 clients watch the same channel, then the client whos considered second (so i think the one that turned the same channel later), gets 2-3 cws from cache, then disconnects for 30ish seconds, and repeat, is there a way to stop the client from disconnecting, and using the cached cw properly?
Also when channel x is already played on one box, and i change to the same channel on another box, the second one needs also around 30s, to start working, until then it gets timeouts

Also, the issue looks very similar to this Oscam cache timeout :S but that "solution" doesnt work

Did u find a solution to ur problem?
Few weeks ago i think i read something about it, but i cannot recall where and find the info in my browsing history unfortunately...
Well maybe you can play with the delayer option? I think this lets you delay ECMs that are too fast?
i was reading about the dvbapi and streamrelay delayer, and both seems to dont work, and indeed when i tested it it didnt do anything as far as i could tell, delay in dvbapi (D: <caid> <ms>) doesnt seem to work either
but it doesnt freeze like fake cw do, it literally stutters for half a sec, or so, sometimes the sound doesnt even break, with fake cws u get like 5-10ish s freeze depending on the caid
Is there any way to deal with the stuttering? It stutters every 5s for like half a second ever since ecms got lower delay...
Hello, its a fairly new lnb, released last year, but theres no option for it in the enigma2 lnb settings, so is there a way to add it or something?
samur is there any way i could contact you in private, like a conversation in here or something?
it would be cool if you could also boot the box with a bt remote, like on android boxes

That timeout error is because it is a single tuner and there is no free tuner available. All single tuners (or single feed) boxes will have that, normally a couple of zaps to other channels sorts it out, it is very annoying to say the least (and the reason the DVB drivers should be patched - there would be no need for stream relay then)
I think i still have one of those solo clones in the loft, im impressed it had enough power to work at all to be honest
is it hard to patch the dvb drivers, to not have to use streamrelay? I mean it works ok now, a little bit annoying sometimes, but if its hard then i wouldnt bother with it probably, and i havent seen any indication, that anyone is attempting to do it
Yes they are closed source, so we will need STB manufacturer support......not likely to happen anytime soon.
oh, then with zgemma boxes it wont happen at all, until probably they release new hw, thats too bad

Thanks
do you think xiaomi runs on tizen os?
