    is it hard to patch the dvb drivers, to not have to use streamrelay? I mean it works ok now, a little bit annoying sometimes, but if its hard then i wouldnt bother with it probably, and i havent seen any indication, that anyone is attempting to do it

    I finally got to use this oscam, and i must say, previously i always had problems, either oscam crashing while switching channels, or constant freezing every 5s even tho log looked fine, this oscam fixed all the problems i had previously, and finally its not a hassle to watch something, so thanks to the op for this!

    mohameds, at least for me, stutters every 5s, this version works way better, apart from randomly crashing oscam/whole system when changing channels, but if i want to watch something, just set one channel and play, version from ahmed just works better

    You had exactly the same problem as I have. I did everything from 0 as you did, no luck... still no data on transponder.

    For you and anyone who has similar problems as i did, on fresh image, i set up my tuner, did a scan of the sat, then i installed this RE: Latest OSCam Emu 11.715 for ALL IPK & sh4 spark & oscam icam - oscam supcam - oscam powercam - oscam revcam

    it installs bouquets (u only have to delete default bouquets.tv, and rename the one with services to bouquets.tv, and reboot) and move oscam config files from oscamicam to the config file (example: move settings files from etc\tuxbox\config\oscamicam to etc\tuxbox\config), after adding my readers, from the template thats been already in the oscam.server file, the oscam and my box crashed like 2 times, and after that it works flawlessly...


    oh one more thing, disable loadbalancing, and i had to change the binary file to oscam-latest for it to work properly, im using openvix


    ps. after using it for like 15min i noticed, that oscam crashes when i change channels, so apart from that, it works flawlessly xD

    ps2. disabling emulator in readers seems to fix the issue with crashing, now its perfect :p

It works better for me at least, But first unistall all the softcams that you may have already and also delete all the config files usually in etc/tuxbox and then install it and see how it goes.

    I dont think this helped, its the exact same thing, everytime its found, theres a mini stutter, i guess its just providers fault, thanks anyways for the help

    So i just wanted to see if icam works on my stuff, i got the newest oscam, channel list with stream relay, and oscam shows that the channels are found, but the image doesnt light up, can anyone help me with this? I have no idea what else can be done in this matter, im using Openvix if that matters...

  • Split recordings into parts?

    Is there a way i could set the recordings, if it goes over 1gb for example, the 1gb part is saved, and the box records into new file, and so on?


    So in the end, if the total recording normally would have 6gb, id want it to be 6 files, each 1gb

    Hello, so the transcoding works almost as id like it to work, the only problem is auto deinterlacing while transcoding, cause of that, the video feed looks jittery, especially in sports, so is there a way to disable deinterlacing, so the client can take care of it instead?

    So i noticed on zgemma.org, there are new models of the old boxes, which at first look, seems identical to the old ones, but they all got 16gb flash instead, and Linux + Android Operating System, but i cant find it anywhere else other than on the zgemma site, is it available anywhere rn?


    Also i wish Zgemma also thought about upgrading ethernet to 1gb and usb to 3.0, it cost like a dollar more, and i would gladly pay for it, especially that the first zgemma h9s had usb 3.0, before they replaced it with the wifi antenna, which was a real shame, at least for me...
