In telnet do this opkg remove enigma2-plugin-skin-fluid_2.0R59_all.ipk
Or extract the ipk with 7-zip.
This will show you what the ipk has installed and where to look for them on your receiver.
Connect to the receiver with an ftp tool and delete whats been installed
