yes, that issue happened because no Skinselector.py file are on image which Team Nitro control center depend on

you can fix that by send the attached file to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Screens

you need to open neoboot from plugin browser or menu list

you will find all images you are installed

choose one of them and neoboot will boot from it
