Is your client not Cccam + installed on a Linux set-top box ? Because they have their own Webif (web-config interface). You can set a different port (see the configuration file "cccam.cfg").
What you sent before, is valid for Cccam server, not for Cccam client.
If you only see a black picture, the error may also be in the receiver itself (for example, unsupported video format h265 ?) . Of course, the cause can be elsewhere :-/.

You can try au = reader_label instead of au = 1 in the "oscam.user" file, under accounts. Also, use the AU only for some users, not for all. Ideal for the two most active users only. Did you back-up the Oscam server configuration and now restore it after flashing ? Or did you change something in your server configuration, and that's why it doesn't work ? Is it the same softcam server configuration ? For example, have you changed the definition of CAID ? Do you miss some files in the Oscam configuration ? How do you set up other users in "oscam.user" file - under other users you also have group=2 ?
What does the whole LOG look like ? Do not see any client connection attempts or ECM decoding attempts in your server LOG, as I wrote above. So the error is likely to be on the client side due to a change in the server configuration.

Like seagen and @teak-won-do said ... it's probably a softcam client/server communication error. In the case of cccam, setting the protocol version restrictions may be a problem. Communicate this problem again with your softcam provider. Send him your Oscam LOG (OscamWebif -> LiveLog). Or send a LOG with an error here to the discussion (delete any passwords and IP addresses from the LOG).

I write that in addition to the "oscam.server" configuration file, some other oscam configuration files are required! It is not enough just one "oscam.server" file. Oscam's not as simple as Cccam. On the other hand, Oscam is better (multi-protocol and works for all protocols as both server and client or just as a loop on itself server + client for the reader). Oscam also contains a lot of settings, unlike Cccam.

Why do you want to delay the startup of Oscam when booting ?
The delay can be added, for example, to the startup script (/etc/init.d/softcam......). But it also depends on the Enigma distribution you use. Some Enigmas do not use the "/etc/init.d/softcam.oscam restart" argument to restart, but use the "stop" argument and then immediately (1 second later) the "start" argument. But if you add a delay, for example, "sleep 30" before starting the Softcam, then the importance of using softcam via the GUI-MENU in Enigma will be lost. Softcam will work, but may fade if you use the GUI-MENU for installed Softcams.
You could also use the "/etc/rc.local" file if you can run Softcam (or copy the boot commandline from the "/etc/init.d/softcam....." file to this "/etc/rc.local" file).

If it doesn't work then send the crash-log file to the discussion please. Browse the directories in your set-top-box via the FTP connection and retrieve the right crash-log file by the timestamp file name (last date/time in the file name - related to your problem).

I do not know, because of used my satellite provider in combination with Oscam and Irdeto card. I do not see CHIDs. Unfortunately they are not manageable. I see them only in entitlements with a prepaid date, but otherwise nowhere. Unfortunately in oscam-LOG, I always see all CHID channel groups as "0". I can not advise, sorry. Maybe someone else.

Of course the set-top-box will keep the previous IP address, but in the case of a PC it may be necessary to set a fixed IP address for the purpose of this testing. So this testing is a little more complicated.
Or try using a different router. Alternatively, try to start a set-top-box in another LAN (for example, a friend's home LAN) :).

In its OpenVision 9.3 development version, the Telnet connection does not work. However, the SSH connection works. The Telnet service is running from the GUI-MENU point of view (we have also tried to restart it) and also from the point of view of running daemons in the system ("inetd" is alive and running).
Putty always has a network problem with Telnet. The same problem allegedly arises when connected from a terminal that is running on another device (smartphone). The problem will not be Windows PC or Putty app, but the problem will probably be somewhere in the LAN (maybe WiFi router - security settings?). I dont know, sorry. :)

webif is working and ftp also ,just telnet is not working.I tried without password and with password the same thing is hapening.
