If you have everything set up in your Oscam, please show your LOG (OscamWebif -> LiveLog) what the error shows up in it. However, your provider would also be able to advise you if you send him a LOG with visible errors.

As you can see, ECMs work and are decoded. AU also works.

Is your client not Cccam + installed on a Linux set-top box ? Because they have their own Webif (web-config interface). You can set a different port (see the configuration file "cccam.cfg").

What you sent before, is valid for Cccam server, not for Cccam client.

If you only see a black picture, the error may also be in the receiver itself (for example, unsupported video format h265 ?) . Of course, the cause can be elsewhere :-/.

I do not know your provider at all, your coding and I do not know what you have there as connected to each other.

The LOG you sent is fine.

Why are you using this: ident = 0B00:000000,006010,006020,006030,006040,006050,006060,006070,006080 ? Are you sure this is correct ? What if you block some of the necessary channels ("provid" in the decode card) ?

    ///// EDIT:

Your "sleeping" user connects simultaneously via newcamd and cccam ?! If so, change it. Use only one type of connection (communication softcam protocol) !

No, because in the LOG from your softcam server, above, I noticed that the user "sleeping" is not writing anything. Try checking and adjusting the AU / EMM settings on both the softcam client and server side.

    Code
    2020/03/27 09:43:23 67588F29 c (client) encrypted newcamd:10002-client 80.___.__.__ granted (sleeping, au=off)
2020/03/27 09:43:23 67588F29 c (newcamd) user sleeping authenticated successfully (CCcam)
2020/03/27 09:43:23 67588F29 c (newcamd) AU disabled for user sleepng

Unfortunately I do not see the internal user "oscam" in the LOG server.

You can try au = reader_label instead of au = 1 in the "oscam.user" file, under accounts. Also, use the AU only for some users, not for all. Ideal for the two most active users only. Turn off the AU for other users. Of course, this also depends on the type of card encoding. Some coding systems do not need EMMs at all, and some need EMMs every 10 seconds.

    Cccam-Webif: http://box_IP_address:16001

This could be a possible cause of problems. It often happens that Cccam does not work with Oscam and it is necessary to find a mistake (cccam communication protocol).

However, if Oscam is used as a cccam-client with also Oscam as a cccam-server, no problem will normally arise.

    Hu.

Here it would also help to see the LOG from the softcam client, which is not working but the client is as you type - connected. It depends on how other clients are configured. In the server LOG cannot be seen any other users (their connecting and attempting to request ECM).

Did you back-up the Oscam server configuration and now restore it after flashing ? Or did you change something in your server configuration, and that's why it doesn't work ? Is it the same softcam server configuration ? For example, have you changed the definition of CAID ? Do you miss some files in the Oscam configuration ? How do you set up other users in "oscam.user" file - under other users you also have group=2 ?

What does the whole LOG look like ? Do not see any client connection attempts or ECM decoding attempts in your server LOG, as I wrote above. So the error is likely to be on the client side due to a change in the server configuration.

Strange they give me a oscam.server and some config files to add instead.

Thats why i'm curious that it won't work

Like seagen and @teak-won-do said ... it's probably a softcam client/server communication error. In the case of cccam, setting the protocol version restrictions may be a problem. Communicate this problem again with your softcam provider. Send him your Oscam LOG (OscamWebif -> LiveLog). Or send a LOG with an error here to the discussion (delete any passwords and IP addresses from the LOG).

I`ve tried but it won`t help.

Normally it`s not so difficult to set a cccam to oscam but this cline :(

In addition to the C-Link format, did you read the info on the links above in my posts ? I write that in addition to the "oscam.server" configuration file, some other oscam configuration files are required! It is not enough just one "oscam.server" file. Oscam's not as simple as Cccam. On the other hand, Oscam is better (multi-protocol and works for all protocols as both server and client or just as a loop on itself server + client for the reader). Oscam also contains a lot of settings, unlike Cccam.

    Hi.

Why do you want to delay the startup of Oscam when booting ?

The delay can be added, for example, to the startup script (/etc/init.d/softcam......). But it also depends on the Enigma distribution you use. Some Enigmas do not use the "/etc/init.d/softcam.oscam restart" argument to restart, but use the "stop" argument and then immediately (1 second later) the "start" argument. But if you add a delay, for example, "sleep 30" before starting the Softcam, then the importance of using softcam via the GUI-MENU in Enigma will be lost. Softcam will work, but may fade if you use the GUI-MENU for installed Softcams.

You could also use the "/etc/rc.local" file if you can run Softcam (or copy the boot commandline from the "/etc/init.d/softcam....." file to this "/etc/rc.local" file).

Of course, you can also use an FTP connection to edit the "/etc/enigma2/settings" file - but only when the Enigma is stopped. If the Enigma is turned in standby or Enigma is rebooting, the settings are then saved from RAM to disk (in the "/etc/enigma2/settings" file). This means that any changes made to the "settings" file will be overwritten with what was in RAM (in the Enigma configuration memory).

For example, you can access the shell via the PUTTY terminal application (select Telnet or SSH connection, enter the set top box IP address, user-login, user-password, and connect). You can also open a terminal directly from Open-Webif (in the left column, below is the "terminal" you actually control the Linux shell). However, the Open-Webif terminal is somewhat slowed down and limited by some features.

    Hi there !

    Thx for your report.

As first please try delete old ChocholousekPlugin's settings from the Enigma settings:

    Chocholousek Picons updater (Enigma2 plugin)

If it doesn't work then send the crash-log file to the discussion please. Browse the directories in your set-top-box via the FTP connection and retrieve the right crash-log file by the timestamp file name (last date/time in the file name - related to your problem).

    /media/hdd

    /home/root/logs

...or find it in some similiar directories (I dont know BlackHole Enigma, so, sorry).

I do not know, because of used my satellite provider in combination with Oscam and Irdeto card. I do not see CHIDs. Unfortunately they are not manageable. I see them only in entitlements with a prepaid date, but otherwise nowhere. Unfortunately in oscam-LOG, I always see all CHID channel groups as "0". I can not advise, sorry. Maybe someone else.

    Persian Prince :

Yes, of course, I also tested the OpenVision 9.3 connection via Telnet - on my Vu+ Solo SE V2 and everything works.

Jasmin811 wrote that he did not use any Windows PC antivirus / firewall to prevent telnet communication. In addition, the same telnet connection problem also occurred when using a smartphone.

I also tried changing the password from again, but that didn't help. This looks like a bug in the user's LAN (for example, a router error).

    jasmin811 :

To completely refute this possible cause, it would be nice to try connecting a cable (twisted pair) directly to a Windows PC with a set-top box :) without using a router. Of course the set-top-box will keep the previous IP address, but in the case of a PC it may be necessary to set a fixed IP address for the purpose of this testing. So this testing is a little more complicated.

Or try using a different router. Alternatively, try to start a set-top-box in another LAN (for example, a friend's home LAN) :).

    Persian Prince :

    Hi.

OK thanks. I tried to work with my colleague through TeamViewer. Failed. Unfortunately. I have not found out where the cause of this problem is.

In its OpenVision 9.3 development version, the Telnet connection does not work. However, the SSH connection works. The Telnet service is running from the GUI-MENU point of view (we have also tried to restart it) and also from the point of view of running daemons in the system ("inetd" is alive and running).

Putty always has a network problem with Telnet. The same problem allegedly arises when connected from a terminal that is running on another device (smartphone). The problem will not be Windows PC or Putty app, but the problem will probably be somewhere in the LAN (maybe WiFi router - security settings?). I dont know, sorry. :)

Oh sorry, you are right, in OpenVision 9.3 develop version is theren not terminal module (not installed in the OpenWebif build).

This is a question for Persian Prince (development team of the OpenVision image).

Write us on Skype or a private message. I have a TeamViewer of course and I can check it out. But I probably won't do anything about it. Telnet connection must work. Do you have the correct IP address ? The right port ? You have no problem on the router (for example, blocking the Telnet port for LAN).

webif is working and ftp also ,just telnet is not working.I tried without password and with password the same thing is hapening.

With putty it just says: connection refused, server is down.

I dont know what else to try!

Um ... it looks like the set top box is not running Telnet and SSH service.

You get the same informative message when you try to connect via Telnet and also via SSH ?

What about OpenWebif? Will you join OpenWebif ? Does the Terminal-applet work in OpenWebif ?
