HI again everyone. Been away from forums for a bit.

Dug out my Uno4k and got my s-y uk card inserted.

Eventually got to see my entitlements in the log .

Started viewing and yes i am clearing some channels.

I can see the ecm info. Others are showing as good ecm but remain black.

I notice my card is 0961 and everything i preinstalled in configs was for 0963.

Finding 0961 configs hard to find

If I can figure it out what can i expect to clear. Any HD?

You need to convert powervu channels into an iptv/streaming service before you can watch it with NCam.

Have a look at this thread -> Ncam and Wicard

Hi again, thanks for the heads up . I had sort of come to that conclusion. As I say I was getting all the required info saying that it should be clearing but was black. I found a boquet in the image "powervu mix" , when i tuned via those the channels were clearing but there was was satelite signal strength or agc showing so i presumed that these were being streamed. I have been using oscampowervu from levi45 to open them.

Can the solo 4k open them without stream relay, I know it had to stream relay when powervu first got cracked but i have heard that is no longer required

Hi and thanks for the image. I have been using Openvix on my box since i got it and been pleased with it. But decided to have a bit of a play around and have now installed Openmultiboot. Have the image running lovely for my usual viewing but thought i would have a go at getting the powervu channels on 9E and 4.8E. I have tried failed, read a bit more, tried again but still my screen is blank.

I have setup the Ncam that comes with the image and have put the softcamkeys in correct place(i think). When on the channels the powervu encryption display shows green. when I log into the webif the emulator reader is showing with entitlements, the user is showing as linuxsat using dvapi protocol and logs are saying ecms ok.

Im getting close I think, anyone gimme a push over the line ?

    Thanks

Thanks for the reply. It's an 8gig card. Strange thing is that it works fine for the the other images you posted. Happened twice with openatv images lately though. Got the new pli based one on now and running sweet.

I have a Vu+ duo2 and solo2 a dm800 a vu solo clone a wetek play . Xbmc/Kodi is not great on the vu duo2 or solo2. Satellite is not great on the Wetek. So for kodi/xbmc I use a Minix x8h android box. Maybe when the wetek can run e2 it will get better but as yet no one box solution to satisfy me. A box like the wetek with better processor and memory running e2 would be the solution

Ordered one yesterday and then seen the posts re lavatronics. Getting a bit worried now. Have had confirmation of payment from wetek but have had no shipping or tracking information sent yet. Should I have had that sent by now 24hrs after purchase??

    An interesting thread
Just ordered one this morning with the 20% discount on offer today so for 66 quid with satellite tuner I think it should be a nice learning experience. I know it doesn't have the same grunt as my minix neo x8h or the familiar E2 firmware on my vu+duo2 and solo2 but I know this already. It does seem to have a good development scene already in place and the box hopefully goes from strength to strength

Hi guys just to add my own tales of bt home hub. I had a 3 and a 5 that report on the Web gui that ports are open when they're not. There is loads of reading on different forums about the home hubs not forwarding correctly. Some seem to be ok some not. In end I bought myself an Asus RT-AC66U. THIS sorted the port forwarding and the WiFi coverage is a lot better. Can get 60 meg from phone in back garden.

No , that would be how to insert it in the cccamd.list

For newcamd.list it would be like below. This is how i connect my box to my local server with ip addy 192.168.1.161 port 10001 username and password are duo2 and the standard des key

    CWS = 192.168.1.161 10001 duo2 duo2 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

Are you getting the HD channels through the Thomson box? Even with paired locked cards you should still be able to see the entitlements'
