& get rid of

and you say the line isnt appearing in cs studio ?

have you checked the original cccam.cfg to see if its there . sometimes if a var is nearly fully on a dream your changes will not be saved

mate if dhcp is ticked it means that your dm500 is being assigned address from router. You need to set dm500 as static ; untick dhcp option . Then assign ip address to the same that you had setup port forwarding to within your router

scouse make sure your dm500 is set to static ip and not got the dhcp option ticked . Then setup again as before

You are effectively talking about port redirect within the router and not running two ports in cccam . I do this as a normal anyway for added security to cccam . If i give peers say 6666 as cccam port i use my router to redirect to a different port in my network.

how sure are u that the line you have been given by a friend or whoever is definately working

daz stick with a dream for ease of use and amount of knowledge available through this forum . Dont bother with a full price dm a clone is just as good like scoot has stated. Once you get a unit if your stuck just ask away

Not an issue with the box but would be an issue with your tv not supporting the other mhz settings.

just done a quick check. The transponder in question 3-4 weeks ago was 11469H

Scoot this has been the case for about a month now . Nothing changed. Oscam can still open encrypted on this transponder but for how long who knows. It was only a matter of time until sly stepped up there efforts. The payservers are ruining things for everyone and the once hobby has become a commercial market. I ditched my uk sub more than 1 year ago purely because i only ever found myself watching the fta stuff anyway. I find the german or italian provider has the movies etc earlier and still has many of the same programs. FTA viewing in my opinion has grown massively in the last two years. If your a sports fan though i would have to agree that sly is one of the best. Me personally have no interest in sports so i can do without.

then that will prob be your issue . your box needs to be on a local ip to the routers subnet . For example if your router addresses dhcp ip in the range 192.168.1.1-192.168.1.254 then your dm500 must sit somewhere in this range. Your router will have its own static ip and will not change.

Your dm should have its own ip on the network or things will never work
