Another City.cfg update mostly from NaseDC@VTI
messed something up here is the right file
you dont get the latest city.cfg from here can you please update it again?

Maybe you can remove in Plugin Version from this line and show version on anoter place? Maybe on the right side or in Preferences menu?

Your test version Works good on VTI!
a little update to de.po and again some city.cfg changes
As a wish I would like to introduce that if under Foreca => TV => Select city and select OK, this temporary is processed in Foreca.

VTI (@NaseDC) change some things so that the latest version still works on VTI maybe you want too look at it and can manage the changes so that your versio works on PLI/VTI/oATV
