This setup.py xml translation is completely wrong.

The translation of the xml text will be done by gettext and extra xml files for different languages are wrong.

You still use the wrong name of the folder in the command.
I donno what you are doing.

This is the folder name.

and not this:

/hdd/IPTVCache/.iptvplayer_icons_1751233354.47241

I don't find any error in the enigma debug log.

Except one.

Your image is from 2025-08-12 and that's why you should reflash because we had some issues in the images in August.

You may not have this file:

/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/IPTVPlayer/libs/iptvsubparser/_subparser.so

Then you have not installed the deps ipk.

PyCurl will not installed by default because it's optional.
