C:lines dont go in CCcam buddy, they are for clients, ie: a box in your bedroom would be set up as a client and use the C:line
F:lines stay on CCcam.
also notice your N:line (captital N) do the same with your F:lines. ie >

have you installed the no-ip updater on the server and set a static ip? i never used no-ip so not sure about the updater, i use dyndns, never had a problem.
also, not sure if it does anything but every little may help. use a different password to the users ie: user pass1
