Dreambox 500 c

    Hello, am running dm500c and i have 3 sataliet hotbird,astra ,bader please how i can configure it ,because on dm500s is easy but on dm500c i have just automatic scan or manual.

    'C' stands for cable = dreambox 500C-able
    'S' stands for satellite = dreambox 500S-ateillte


    the only way you can use that box is with a cable based company, ie: virmin media
    thats why it was easier with the 500s as the tuner is designed to train on to satellite signals

    If you have a cableTV provider then you use the dm500c CABLE box,,this uses different frequencies to a satellite box..
    Another idea would be for you to swap or exchange with somebody for another sat box..
