    ِChecking Proxy .........................

    Screenshot_28_02_2026_18-09_19.jpg  Screenshot_28_02_2026_18-09_29.jpg

    crash select fonts

Plugin installed, after reboot all is ok, no Black screen but... When starting vavoo from plugin list i have that from 5 minutes

I warned you... The proxy configuration should have been set to OFF, you made me set it to ON... now you're on your own.

The proxy takes time to configure and therefore it takes time on the boxes, especially on the older ones.

I wasn’t the person who asked for the proxy to be enabled.

The issue is not with running the plugin itself. The problem occurs when the plugin is opened—it freezes and requires pressing the Exit or OK button to fix it.

    The device is new DM9X0

Plugin installed, after reboot all is ok, no Black screen but... When starting vavoo from plugin list i have that from 5 minutes

For me, when installing plugin with telnet command, device reboot with Black screen, i cant enter on menu or list channel, i have to delete plugin from telnet on usr/lib/enigma2 /python /Plugins /Extensions

The issue has been resolved in the latest version.

Could you send me latest version please ?

    Code
    wget -q --no-check-certificate https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Belfagor2005/Vavoo_py2/main/installer.sh -O - | /bin/sh

With Dream 920 Gemini 4. 2 here is output log

    Code
File "/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/vavoo/__init__.py", line 40, in localeInit
        gettext.bindtextdomain(
    [1;33mW/  [backgroundstart] :: blocking Enigma-Device-Manager[1;m
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'bindtextdomain'
    Code
      File "/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/vavoo/__init__.py", line 64, in <module>
        subprocess.run(["chmod", "+x", file_path])
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'run'
    skipping plugin.

I believe I provided the plugin details and its failure to work on DreamOS images in my previous replies.

I am sharing the details again because it is difficult to obtain the error log when the plugin fails to start with those images.

The plugin remains stuck, as shown in the attached screenshot.

To start the plugin, you need to press OK or Exit for it to launch.

Now, execute the commands to obtain the error log.

    Code
    login as: root
    root@dm920:~# systemctl stop enigma2.service
    root@dm920:~# killall -9 enigma2
    enigma2: no process found
    root@dm920:~# ENIGMA_DEBUG_LVL=5 enigma2 >> /tmp/output.log 2>&1 &
    [1] 674
    root@dm920:~#

    open plugin
