Thanks new2 but that is exactly what i did do and i know its the correct file as it has todays date next to it,only thing i did not check was chmod but that is already at 644 so its strange.
It is in next to my oscam.user etc in the path etc/tuxbox/config.
Restarted oscam/ restarted both in fact client and server and rebooted the whole box also but its still the same.

Hi i cant seem to enter oscam webif, when i type dreambox ip and 8080 which my port is set at into browser a box comes up saying enigma2 web interface wanting password,, so i put in admin/admin which it is set too in config but the box just jumps back up at me asking for pass etc again and wont let me view anything.
I,ve tried firefox and ie. stumped.
Any help appreciated thanx.

I agree new2 about the mgcamd part as i have seen people reporting that they have even had emails from sly wanting the card back after they switched it off and you guessed it they were all using cccam,also these reports of cards being unpaired and of course entitlement problems so i,d steer clear of cccam too from what i have been reading.
Thanks ye thats what i was thinking, to be ohnest you might laugh but i am still waiting on my card which i should have in a week or so but i was just trying to get configs etc all set up as much as i could untill it arrived.
And i actually had trouble finding oscam for my box but persian prince 6.1 installed it and if i go to multicams and select Mgcamd + oscam it says ok so i assume it is running i hope.
P.s the pp panel allows me to auto update oscam which by the way changes almost dailly by the looks of it i think so great support there too!

i have been using cccam to read the card not oscam and suddenly yesterday everything went off ? ? ? :bawling:
so i spend all evening installing oscam on my boxs and still no picture ! out1 i like oscam it looks good !
so in the end i try the original uk subs box and message WRONG CARD FOR THIS BOX is displayed . . . . . . . . . .Does this mean provider (uncle ruppie) has done something ?

I have heard of this before,sounds like sly has unpaired your card from the original decoder so you will probably have to call them to have it re-paired,someone else will probably be along to explain why as i dont know how that happens but i suspect it will be something to do with how you configured your configs security wise.
Hi can someone help please, i have a vu duo with the latest cams installed as above but i was hoping someone could help me with the files i need to get a *** uk card working,like the oscam files for uk white card and how to configure mg_cfg if possible.
