Its obviously nothing to do with the card if it works in 1 box but not the other. Blackhole images are my favourite if used as a client box but if its used for reading cards or as a server i personally would use a different image for that but i know master g will help you here and hopefully with my fav image.

You have done great there for your first setup and looks really neat and tidy too.. Only 1 thing mate that you should be aware of.. the K part of your bracket should be at the top with the T at the bottom as the top is where most of the support is required.The T part of the T+K is really just to steady the pole..

As said you have done well using a T+K bracket as most would have used a fixed bracket which is a bad idea for motorised systems.

Mate has bother with putting an nline into the qbox now,any idea why that is,he puts in radar config it freezes and stops, and oscam server does not work.. Do they only work with clines these boxes lol.thanx

I use dreambox edit 4.1.0.0 and never have a prob uploading his settings to my e2 box.. just reset enigma 2 also,however i do sometimes get bother with enigma 1 boxes like the dm500 but i just mess about and try a few times and they go in so its prolly summit i am doing wrong.

Thanks but that did,nt work either mate..it does not install the way things should manually and like you say i was expecting it in older cams like the pli jade for dm500,s but its not there,only 2.0.9 and 2.2.1 with this image for some reason and i can get working what i am doing with 2.0.9 but not very well. Btw i am not a scammer or a pay server either haha(fook that headache) but i think it can work both ways from what i have been reading..basically if i exchange a package i have here i really dont wanna send an Nline so it can be ripped basically by a scammer or payserver as you say. i just want to share a local i have here (not sly) so i can have more channels on my tv only..using clines.

Freesat means Freesat mate AFAIK.

If you want setanta sports you should still be able to subscribe to that on a british subscription card as caz hinted at and if you have 1 i would have thought, only rte stations etc are not allowed outside ROI....

Hi does anyone know what the problem is with this thing now, i think i have a bootloader problem as every few seconds the box gives a white screen and reboots but the recovery tool is taking an age i get this

Ok it had satstation firmware on it but could,nt get radar to work so i now have sifteam on it but still can find Mgcamd to install manually.

Hi has any of you fine gentlemen had any experience with these boxes,a friend has brought one to me as he could,nt get it going and neither can i,its a strange box unlike vu dream etc, i cant seem to find cccam but i think i have mgcamd installed as its in the panel but when i select it nothing happens,i have put an nline in cccam config to what i think is correct directory and cws mgcamd line in newcamd.list with mg_cfg to correct directory i think too... i would prefer to get mgcamd going but anything will do as i,m scratching my head here with this 1 pmsl

Bit of a plummers nightmare you have mate lol.... for the record you cannot split signals from a sk_y dish whatsoever mate especially a single/dual or quad lnb as you will recieve nothing!!!!

You can however split communial system lines but you do lose polarities while doing this but as yours is a residential system this is not possible.

Scenario.... lets say you have 2 single feed boxes and you want to supply them with 2 seperate satellites,,your dish looks like it has a double lnb option as glen says(not monoblock) so you will need 2 x dual lnbs aligned on each satellite,, 1 feed from each to 2 seperate two way diseqc switches gives that option.

If you have 4 single tuner dreamboxes and you want all 4 viewing 2 birds you will need 4 X 2 way diseqc switches and 2 quad lnbs.

Never ever try and split a sk_y feed....its pointless and you will be waisting your time and materials.

Recievers send voltages to the lnb on standard systems which is why normal splitters will fail!

I actually use a dyndns plugin on my box which seems to work fine but glad the team sorted your problem mate

I have not entered a boxkey as oscam reads it and i can get movies etc but will i have to enter bk for box office.Its just my cousin says he read somewhere he could,nt get it on dm500 but dm800 ok, think he read wrong then maybe.

Hi dont know why that multi sat file would not work for me but i found a 2 part list for *** uk only and i edited it into the config and it worked straight away,it is old tho january i think so some are missing but its weird why it worked and the other did,nt.
