genuine or clone? all the solo 2's have 256mb flash at least the genuine ones do.

Its personal preference with images mate but i'd go with Vix to start with and make sure you install the amazing blue-hd v3 skin! then give the other images a try to find out which one you like best.

I had already tried deleted them but as metioned in my previous post when I restart they come back again. Just done a backup and still getting duplicates but only of the /etc folder very odd! Also the newer v2 dm800se does come with 1gb flash.

I've got a really odd problem i've got a dm800se v2 which is suppose to have 1gb flash but windows and openatv is reporting the flash to be only 369mb! I noticed my etc folder is getting duplicated loads of times and all the duplicates come to 500mb. Is this normal? I've tried deleting the duplicates but when I restart my box they just come back and is 500mb again.

I would be very grateful if someone could help me with this.

Ok downloaded it but I already have 2 satellites.xml files one in root/share and one in root/etc. Which one do I overwrite?

What is your budget? A Vu+ solo would be ideal for your needs if you can afford! They are very good boxes with massive support but be sure to get an genuine box not a clone as you will not get any manufacturer warranty with any clones!! Also most forums (including this one) don't support clones. Have a look on world-of-satellite.co.uk they only sell genuine boxes so you can be certain that you won't get a clone.

Yes if you don't have your own card these are payservers that are just out too make money by sharing a subscription don't fall for it! It will all be over soon for *** at least. Admins can you please close this thread.
