We have already had a domestic about it m8 and its not over yet however im getting thru to her with next vouchers :hello: and i seem to have been able to lay claim to a corner of the garden i told her it would be fixed (Not) , will post pics when i start to assemble the mold and get started what i hope will be soon , at the moment all it looks like is pile of well shaped wood struts and leafs
The easiest thing to use for all your needs here is the vu+toolbox 2.0 for ftp channel lists adding clines etc
If you want to stop using cccam just go into cccam and manage cccam.cfg and delete your clines or press ok on them to disable them , then go to mgcam and update your newcamd.list buy usb they are all active if there is lines in them
Well this thread has made for a very interesting read got a bit like Eastenders in places :lmao:
You are going to need a 2.4m meter dish anyway to get any reliable service off 7e or 26e my mold is made and im ready to start fibre glass work on my very own build of a 2.7 meter was going to be 3m but had to reduce size to allow for cheaper transport just waiting for good weather now to get started , :feel_good:
just go back and reload your latest settings backup m8 from before you changed it , have you given the box a full reboot and tried setting up the tuner again , those are 2 options , sounds stupid but assume you pressed green to save it , i drove my dish fine for a week till i rebooted and drove it into the wall not pressing green button lol
Might be your cline as its trying to get 2 connection to the server if you are using another tuner ,speak to who you share off for another line to see if it clears
Are you using a local card or a cline from someone or is it happening with both
cccam server will take from the fastest response , if you use oscam server you can change the lb weight for each to change priority, an nline without 256 trick and a cline with reshare look like local cards in cccam 213 and below without doing anything
set correctly you can still have cccam clients
Thanks if I could turn it off I would but cant see anything in there to do it I got a sony TV how would I find it thanks again cheers
There is no option for this if its only happening with this box and your sure its not your tv you could do a factory reset but remember this will remove anything you have done since you installed the image , you will need to do you cline plugins etc again it will be like day one when you installed it:trbtjrjq:
yes it is possible rear port or front port depending on model/ ports available ,our sponsor has adapters VU+ WIFI N 300MBPS USB DONGLE FOR DUO SOLO UNO ULTIMO

silly question but what is the difference between a peer and client in this situation?
A peer is someone you share with so they also have cards , a client is someone who only takes channels from you and would have no cards so a client will labour your setup more than a peer
you will need to edit your newcamd.list file if you are able to ftp to the box open it with notepad on your pc and paste your nline into it and ftp it back overwriting the original . if you have cccam in the box you can still put an nline into that it doesnt only have to be a cline this will be done by the same method except you need to edit the cccam.cfg , then reboot your box
Im sure if it was worked out you would see posts all over the forum with smiley faces on ,this is just the start more changes are still to take place , everyone knows what not to do and thats about as far as its got
It all depends how many people you are going to have on it and how many will be peers and how many clients , i would say most pc servers are a waste of time if you want to go the green route , from my own experience i use a solo 2 costly for as server only but i use mine as a box and server , only reboots i have ever had to do are self inflicted , server runs while the box is in standby , server still runs even when i reboot enigma interface installing plugins ,its never fails , had no issues at all with this setup running vix 3.0 , rasbery pi wont run cccam as far as im aware it will only run oscam
no i did it on a dm500 for 1 year or so worked perfect, used oscam/ccam
And in almost 3 years now I have returned it to the original without a problem..
I would strongly advise not to use your original box as its pot luck if it will ever work again there is no telling when it will be updated :59:
This problem is fixed very easy if you get a 6db Technetix Forward Path Attenuator they can be found on our friendly auction site or you could flag down a virgin media installer who in sure would give you one , i personal have used this fix a few times often needed with the older sly quad lnbs this fix works on the f5 box also its the same issue
