I think you need to look again at the rules and read that post Muso gave you on the concept of card sharing /cccam website you pay and mod your box , you mean payservers , this isnt the place , you wont just make new mates with your comments your making and i thing your perception of whats going on here is wrong !:agony:

I thought ccam was a website you paid to get sly on the cheap, u just needed to mod your box.

No such thing at all you either take the wrong road with a payserver or share a card or be lucky enough to have a friend to share with you someone pays in the end all be it not so much most people share the cost of a card and share it in most cases , but no such thing as free

How far have you got on your venture m8 , did you get it going with free channels yet and you tube and you porn working or are you still totally f.. ked dont be shy to ask if you need help everyone started somewhere and you will be helped here its a good place to be , if you need a cccam .cgf file you can dump this from your box to usb in tools and open it with notepad on the pc paste your line into it and close it and clic save not save as and load it up in tools again by upgrading this way the file format will be correct and not a cccam.cfg.txt as the box wont find it

it will already be in that box , you will either need a sly card or a cline or nline from a friend if you are using lines all you need to do is place the cccam.cfg or newcamd.list file on a usb stick and in tools update by usb select what you are updating and press yellow and reboot and as long as its connected to the internet youll be up and running provided you have a channel list installed and ethernet active and set to dhcp if this is your connection method , as i stated earlier the xp1000 whould have been the better choice , but you can use other satellites on these boxes if your dish is setup right and you do a blind scan it will find the channels just not in the order youd like , and again the lack of apps and freedom to set what you like up personally i think they are good for a second box or for an uncle / family member who you share your card with and they just wana watch no frills tv

Thats the point m8 there isnt custom firmware all you can do is a channel list and change your background pic what you can do yourself if you have seen that dogbollocks sh*te site dont be misled its only a background pic make your own what ever you want it to be

If mine goes ill dump *** in a heartbeat , with £1200 you can get a few good cards ive invested £500 in other cards already still trying to make one work but ill get there others have it working in oscam ,sly are not the be all and end all for entertainment in fact they are pretty repetitive loads of the same crap

movies sport and hd gone you will still get docs kids etc still loads movies are crap anyway torrents are better and sport you can get off other sats anyway

if anyone is stuck for what is available try opening up a set of catseyes settings in dreamset if you dont have a box to load the settings into and look there is a lot i find my self on viasat a lot

best motor technomate tm-2600 will turn most dishes works great for me best budget dish id say triax 1.1 works great for me best lnb id say inverto ultra black bit more but well worth it i get every satellite with this setup some of 7e some of 26e only but all the rest very well 5e is at 60-70% but you can still watch it as low as 45% , and youll need and 18inch t&k bracket £160 the lot well made investment and thats for edinburgh lower down youll do better

they are mainly a client box but if you have a sly card lets say you can get your boxkey and use the card in the box and use the newcamd server setup to share it , but as far as adding apps etc you stuck as the os is closed in that way , depends realy what your plans are if its just to get channels of a m8 its a sturdy client box

do you have cccam also m8 because it change you CWS= or CWS_MULTIPUL = to an nline and use it in cccam normally you get CWS= USER PASS PORT 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14
just use N: user pass port 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 in cccam

xp1000 would have been a better start at £139 and more future proof also open linux the f5 is closed but you can set a small server up if you have a card but mostly good as a client box
