Installazione DM8000: meglio iniziare da zero
Si consiglia di eseguire un'installazione pulita sul DM8000 senza ripristinare le vecchie impostazioni. Si prega di tenere a mente quanto segue:

Il DM8000 ha una RAM limitata.

C'è un bug noto nel bootloader che consente solo immagini più piccole di 100 MB.

Dopo l'installazione, non saltare la procedura guidata di avvio . È essenziale perché:

Verrà creato un file di swap sulla chiavetta USB.

Verranno scaricati ulteriori pacchetti importanti (IPK) dal feed.

Finché si seguono questi passaggi, l'immagine funzionerà bene, anche su questa vecchia scatola. L'immagine attuale è ancora compatibile, quindi non dovrebbero esserci problemi se si prendono in considerazione queste specifiche.
lo fatto gia' parecchie volte ma una volta finito l'installazione all'avvio non fa' piu' nulla non si ha la possibilita' di usare il telecomando,
ed è originale...perché gli mando SSL 84 ogni tanto quando cambio i soft.
Questo e' lerrore che appare e rimane in reboot continuo

lo gia' provato anch'io la 7.6 non ce' la fa' a finire il soft di installazione,
la' fatto con la 7.4 e poi usare flesxpander....dopo usare sempre come supporto o la USB o hdd per poter installare la 7.6 completa ma sempre sul supporto USB o hdd,
S faceva con 800se ho gia' fatto quel sistema ma dopo non puoi piu' estrarre la USB io ora ho come appoggio USB da 64 GB e non voglio farlo non potendo utilizzare sempre con lo stesso soft.

io soft non deve superare i 130 mb se va oltre non riparte
Come se ha un limite di spazio (penso dovuto al sistema) che abbia bisogno di memoria disponibile oltre il soft,
io ho testato per 3 ...4 giorni, la memoria e' di 250 mb circa ma la scheda madre ti permette di installare solo soft leggeri per poi espanderli con plugin ed altro io son riuscito a fagli aggiungere tutti i plugin fino a 220 mb ma noi non si puo' ripristinare nessun backup di queste dimensioni non c'è' modo di ricaricarlo arriva fino ad un 60 % di flesch e poi va in crash...si fa' solo backup di 130 mb circa se no non li ricarica piu'....vecchio sistema ma molto stabile.

Che non e' su formato o Skin non settato
Se fa' il boot normale vai da pagina web metti sulla barra id della Lan e vedrai le impostazioni cerca il telecomando che puoi settare a tuo piacere il setting per il video e poi fai il riavvio....prova.

io con SSD e' una meraviglia,
puo' dipendere da varie cose uno se ai formattato
SSD da PC con programma specifico anche per vedere se e' un ottimo SSD
va' formattato o cambiare la partizione completa in Fat 32
se SSD non supporta questo non puoi usarlo per registrare
io ne ho comprati da pochissimo prezza da Ali'' e su 2 SSD una volta fatto la conversione SSD sparito non viene piu' riconosciuto da nessuna supporto,
ne ho comprati uno diciamo discreto su Amaz'' e fatto stessa procedura e' andato a buon fine e' lo sto' usando su DM 920 e' e' perfetto,
ce' altro che dovresti capire non tutti i plugin per vedere cio' che registri funzionano correttamente su Enigma2 ora con i diversi python e kernel si riscontrano problemi di ogni tipo, ho risolto con un semplice trucchetto
quando non li vedo correttamente usi il player di E2iPlayer
che molto piu' supportato o performante sui video...fai dei test su quello che ti ho scritto poi vedi tu.
Dimenticavo una volta formattato da PC si mette nel decoder ma non va' fatto nulla da formattare ma solamente con plugin Mount Manager va montato con questo sistema e gli dai le specifiche o come USB o come hdd so puo' montarlo anche come hdd2 hdd3 usb_hdd usb2 usb3 sda1, ci sono vari modi ed e' la cosa migliore in questo modo e' molto stabile...e si ha sempre la possibilita' di estrarre hdd e collegarlo al PC e copiare tutto, se non si fa' questo e si formatta da decoder hdd sul PC non potrai vedere nulla perche' il decoder per conto suo lo formatta in Linux.

there is no multiboot for that decoder,
you can only update it to the latest version and then with Fleschexpander plugin and a usb expand the space and then use it with the best plugins,
it is a decoder with little memory.

I found a way to install these beautiful images...if I'm not mistaken today I did a test,
I installed my old backup from January and I had tested Egami and by magic my old OpenPli backup did not install it, I was left with a flashing screen even though I had the bootlogo image on the TV,
what did I do? I installed it from my cell...the DremElite...rebooted the box, put it in boot again with (I) on the front panel and then sent my OpenPli py.3.13.2 backup and it turned on perfectly, so this software has the same kernel as the DremElite,
if you switch from Egami to OpenPli it no longer works.

Today I will restore the software and uninstall and try to install again. If I can, I will post a video...photos of where and how I install it.
I just installed it on Egami 10.6.r8 and it immediately worked great without crashes or errors.

I noticed that if I install the plugin from Panel Linuxsat....it crashes at the end of the installation it never ends...I have to turn off the 920 py.3.13.1 with soft OpenPli...a month ago it worked perfectly now it has this problem I have to turn off the power and then everything works.
