Are you using a camcorder in the slot or is there an internal HDD?

Unplug everything or check the motherboard for any swollen capacitors.

Another system

Hold down the red button on the remote and turn on the power. You must release the red button on the remote only when the word UP appears on the front panel...

Insert a USB renamed HDD and it will appear in the Android menu on the box, along with the USB with the Zetagemma software inside.

You must unzip a software of your choice onto the USB, which you must rename as HDD, otherwise it won't be visible.
