Go to device manager in the control panel of your pc and make sure its com4 the serial is using...

Why would you need a bootloader if the image you are flashing already has a bootloader patched in it?

Just either flash via web browser.. Or use the serial dream up method...

Make sure its a clone image you are going to flash...

When your reflashing like the i'm prettty sure it has to be ethernet as the wireless usb drivers will be erased during the flash...

So that seems to be your problem!

Are you sure that the ethernet cable is correctly inserted in the back so it the router will be able to give it an ip address??

If so, you might just have to flash via dream up!

It will take 45 - 60 mins from past experiences..

I have tried my utmost over the last few years to keep etherner service for as many spiderbox owners as possible.

I WILL TAKE NO MORE STEPS TO PROLONG THE SERVICE FOR ANYONE.
STARTING ONE MONTH FROM NOW, MORE BOXES WILL BE DISCONNECTED MONTH BY MONTH UNTIL NOBODY RECEIVES MORE THAN 12 MONTHS FREE SERVICE.
