i dont know i have never had this problem when i have flashed my solo2 vu+ OBH 0.6 in flash and solo vu 4k OBH 0.6,
the only time this green screen if something wrong with plugin, diff format mips and arm, also reading from your post you do not know how to ftp into your stb, that as always rule, 1 HOW TO FTP MY VU+ SOLO 4K
i think you need to sit back and read the vu 4k section ! or try the web there"s loads of information and guides. just trying to help.

you install flash or any ftp client on your pc then you need to access vu, you put ip user name and passwd if set one so
ip of stb 123.456.0.250 or what you have set it as (static ip)

password = if set one then you should be able to ftp into your 4k.

imo if it was me i would flash my box with open blackhole 0.6 for vu+ solo 4k its 1 of the best images to start to learn with imo.

follow the guide to install image, when your ready to flash the 4k open the front flap where the cards go, there is a button to update the box when prompted press the little button NOT POWER BUTTON,
so switch of at the rear open the flap insert usb drive in the usb port power on at the back when prompted theirs a button to the left of the usb port press that and it should update, have a look before you start, i have solo 4k OBH 0.6 in flash and BH 3.0.2.F and OPENATV in multiboot job done. but just get the flash done first how i have explained DO NOT USE POWER BUTTON hope that helps.

NCam works exactly the same as OSCam, so yes it works as a server..

Use the configs from here -> Working NCam PowerVu Configs, it has all the unnecessary parameters removed..

Whether you use ncam, oscam or CCcam you must open the sharing ports in your router to allow a peers connection..

You also require a dynamic hostname from no-ip.com or which ever one you use..

Follow this guide -> Create C or N line and add new users in OSCam.. Only difference in this guide is oscam.conf is ncam.conf & oscam.user is ncam.user

If someone gives you a share, convert it with the NCam converter tool, then add the [reader] to oscam.server..

thats how i have got it set up , ncam works for about 10 seconds then stop for about 30 minutes, i know my mate as a local and it will connect like i said i have no-ip set up and port forward set in my router, but it will not stay connected i have followed what you said the emu works ok it is my peer that does not any help please.

edit: all i get from his server "unknown" he as a local 68/68 cards when it works.

as you can see these files are much larger than the ones in my solo 4k, i want to use it as a server if possible but im not sure what to do ie do i open a port on my router plus do i need no-ip.com dns user. ive been looking at configs but not sure about ports and dns, so if i can will i be able to use it as server and add cline using the ncam converter. i am thinking that card reader 1 would be me with port and dns am i on the right lines. i connot find a guide how to set it up ive installed the ipk on the 4k obh 0.6. but going through the net for a guide all i could find was these configs paste/copy.

master g is it possible to connect 2 vu+ boxes 1 using oscam server, the other box im trying to connect as ncam on it. 1 box is in 1 room the second box is in a nother room on my home network. i cannot get it to connect. i will post configs later but if oscam cannot run with ncam then its not worth it.

sounds like it not installed right look at usr/lib/enigma2/python/plugins see if its is you have not installed right.

any help where do i get m3u or do i need my own if so where do i install it.

thanks mate your right. ive just been gitlab i doenloaded it. i still get the errors all i dine was sent over the files in my plugins it still comes up with the errors but i have more channels and the 1080 works ok if the errors dont install i just click on no but im sure someone will sort it out i cannot. and for now i can live with it.

your right mate that is why i put the errors in post 1 but it does work all you can do is try if it fails nothing lost. again it does work on the 4k.

can this telnet be used on the solo 4k, as the 4k does not install all the dependences, i have installed it but not everything installed.

what i want to know is can i run oscam from the sdcard on a minix x7 android box. dont really know where to put this. i know it can run on a raspberry pi. but not sure about minix that runs now kodi ( xbmc ) thanks.
