if i give an n-line to someone but i want them to only use it for one box i cannot stop them from using it in 2 boxes. i can see a double login on the oscam webif but cant do anything about it. the line has been generated in oscam.user through the interface.
as at the start my brothers friend would be the kind of person to give it to everyone he knows thinking i dont know

ok so oscam does not have this capability then and the failban only works if there is different protocols. i know how to make and share lines using cccam but i thought i could do it through oscam interface instead

that doesnt stop someone putting the same line in 2 different boxes though. is it not like cccam where it just wont allow 2 logins

yea how to stop double logins. if i do it myself using the same line in 2 boxes i cant stop it. how can i only make it for one box. i've tried the penalty but it takes about half an hour before it kicks in

right i have just got my card sharing between my boxes through internet using oscam and cccam as per ten belows guide but how do i stop a reshare. it shows up on webinterface with a 2 beside the login. i only want it to go to one box only. if i give it to my brother i know his pal would nosey and steal it. can this be done through oscam in the user file or somewhere else?

well i just got a multiroom card reactivated and they were'nt interested on the phone to know i had changed my box. i had an old thomson box from 2 years ago with the old sofware on it. when switching to the pairing dept i hung up. the card was taking forever to turn on in the thomson so i put it into my uno running cccam. it only took 2 min to turn on with 18 entitlments. yesterday after locking my main card to the main box downstairs the entitlments had increased by 1. i just have the movies, no sports. hope this helps

you cant get a boxkey generated from 10 digits and a letter. is it just this change to the box serial that stopping oscam seeing a boxkey?

or you could use the hdmi-cec plugin to connect to your tv if it supports it. the tv remote sensor will then act like the magic eye. you could then hide your box in a box! lol

it just crossepg and rytec. sometimes the website just doesnt have a full epg. it will the next day. happens to all of us. dont know why someone doesnt write a script to extract the epg stream from the channel your watching in the background or change the opentv one from hiphop seein as its no longer there

3.5 use the back button on the browser to load a patched bootloader like ssl84b before rebooting the box otherwise you end up with the no ca error

you dont have a mini usb its a serial port. most usb to serial converters dont work with windows 7, only with xp or not at all. i have an old computer with a real serial port for ca errors and dreamup patched. it takes about 45 min to flash this way

is it clone images your using cause that happens if you try to use original images. some clones dont like particular tuners. i had that happen when i bought a clone, changed the tuner and works everytime. i then used the first tuner to repair another clone box that had a faulty tuner, so it wouldnt work in my box but worked ok in another. bizzare

i was messing with the port settings for the web interface and set them the same as the http port and now the box just loops and says on the error screen cant listen as port already in use so wont boot. can i change an xml file in dcc with the port settings back to 8080 or something?
