what are your settings for autobouquets. i just scanned and boxnation working fine

some of the channels in the catseye have changed frequency already. download the autobouquets from tspanel under the linuxsat_support_addons sections then set it to your area and scan. you will get the up to date channel lists from there

when it refreshes on my tab sometimes it changes back to the webif and will then change between the 2 on refreshes

yea normally they wont start after rebooting the box. you have to start them using the blue button then wait upto 20 sec before anything happens on the screen

yes i can see that from one of my own boxes the card write is sometimes as high as 300 and the casc user is 3/3 and its in standby. usually with a double login it would show a number 2 beside the label name and as i use oscam as the server also instead of cccam i thought they might use oscam as their client and reshare the line that way.

On another note how does the tiers file work so it shows what channels my peers are watching. i have the tiers file in the format
0963:0EDB |***UK - Discovery HD [NDS3]| but it still shows the first 2 sets of numbers but with unknown beside it. i cant find a tiers file anywhere on the net.

i run 8639 and everything works ok, card updates etc. i have a peer with the end box on web if for casc users and it always says something like 4/3 or 3/3. i gave them a c line with no reshare for a swap.
why does it say this and also limit exceeded in the ac log. is it cutting his connection after a certain time and what is cascading?

or just start again and uninstall both then download it of tspanel in the linux support section, add your n-line into cccam as per tutorial and insert your white card. it will work and your webif will work on those ports

yes some slight manipulation can be applied and also the signal meter will give you an indication of how much. thats how i did it also. little steps and patience

its after xp thats the problem. no serial driver support for 7 unless its a pci card. i keep an old pc with a serial port. it wont work either if you get one without the manufacturers drivers disc for the motherboard, xp wont recognise it

get a lock on 19e then change the vertical pitch up or down slightly to catch 13e. the lnbs need to be rotated very slightly clockwise to fine tune after that. dont worry about 28e its the easiest. remember it could also be the focus but should be fine if lnbs are all the same length

i love my vu uno with the twin tuner. very stable box and the epg actually works everyday. absolutly silent with a 2.5 drive inside running blackhole

can you fix the issue involved with subs on by default on all channels and also using cccam 2.3.0 it stops logging into my server and displays black screen with active subtitles on even though they've been switched of previously

activate your card in your card reader. oscam will take the ecm and open it. i did it this way with a multiroom card last month. it has not been paired with a box at all and is taking updates until 29/08

how many peers can connect to a sly card using my uno as a server running oscam compared to a pc server running the same. does the uno not have enough computing power to do so. i have maybe 10 friends and family so makes it worth while but what is the total amount using both systems of sharing?

it took a few times before my card was locked. i was trying to setup my server and initiated the card about 5 times when the wife was wanting to record something. the box has had the new sofware on it for a while. a simple solution for those who cannot update cards in oscam could be to disable the microswitch on the card reader so when the card is removed it just shows a card error instead of insert viewing card thus when the card is inserted again for an update it will not initiate. as far as i can tell this is when the card is paired as there are other people with amstrad boxes which still are not paired even though they have the same software updated

Found it, added uniq = 1 in user.conf and it cut the second box immediately by sending fake cw

Cracked it. For some reason I had to restart my server instaed of just restarting oscam. Entitlments went through straight away and updated. Now au shows as on in webif
