Yes you can use your card while you share it you will either have a pc server and your box as a client or a box capable of being a server/client , if you are wanting an answer to your question , do what a number of people do , share a sub ! if you have a card costing say £80 a month for almost everything and you have 10 friends on your server and you all chip in £8 a month you will get a glitch free service for everyone

Can you get more technical on what are the limitation for a shared subscription?
Is it possible because the control word is the same for every channel from the same provider at a given moment?
How many users can I connect at the same time, without suffering from a performance drop? From what that limit stems from?
If it's a different control word per transponder, how is the card handling that? Won't it be locked for that transponder only?
Just enough so I would get a clearer overview in my head on what are the underlining underneath it.

As I see it, it's a buiseness. An ILLEGAL one... but a business still. I'm sure it would probably also attracts some dubious people into it, being it's illegal nature and all, but condemning it as a whole sounds to me like a bit of a generalization.
If I started a service like that, am I also a gangster and a criminal? I think not. Well... maybe a criminal in the eyes of the law. ;)
So I don't quite get where you coming from, and on what those accusations are based.
I myself am using a local known dealer, and based on familiarization with my country (it's a small one) and it's people, I would highly doubt it's involvement with the mafia.
Just simple folks trying to make a living, I would suspect.
This site is staunchly against commercial servers & the people who keep them running (You at the moment). If you want to be part of this community cancel your scam contract with payserver & post the dns on this site for all to see..

I'm indeed new here, but I believe you misinterpreted the rules. As my understanding is, the taboo is for discussing or asking for technical support for that matter specifically.
Of cousre (well i think so at least) it's not intended for banning any user who make use for it privately. It would have been an impossible and ludicrous restriction to implement.
You can play by the rules & still spend very little money on a sub and share with genuine users on here.
Obviously that option is slightly more effort than just forking out money for a ready made cline to a payserver.
But, if you want to get anywhere on this site, you are going to have to make that effort to help yourself and in turn have something to offer others.
Working hard... I don't mind. That's a non issue.
I just can't deal with the high monthly payment they charge, and I would prefer not to switch jobs to the porn industry quite yet, just so I would be able to enjoy some TV at a reasonable rate.
If what you guys suggested can work in a practical, cost effective and reliable fashion, I would certainly give it a go alongside my best effort to accompany it.
It would actually be much preferable, because I would have the benefit of TV in my own language (Currently sharing for it is a no go at all the pay servers I looked at).
If I need to buy a sub it would probably be YES provider at AMOS 4W. Do you suppose there will any special kind of problem with sharing this sub? Or is it expected to function with no difference then the rest? From my own personal experience, there are a specially very strong freezing with sharing this provider, and that's why I ask.
