I thought it was only possible to share iptv out from a enigma box.... But then there is hope... I need Ted in my F1 life...

The setups that I've seen are beefy i7's with lots of RAM and multiple TBS quad cards, oscam was decoding it hence why it worked, now other than European channels that are decryptable, I think the IPTV streaming guys are running out of choice.

it's got to be something with cccam how it reads the codes as I had a box with cccam 2.2.1 on last week every channel went off put 2.3.0 on and they all came back apart from the one everyone is missing

The short and simple answer is that Sly have added another layer of encryption onto what is currently running and the current emulators inc Oscam are not able to decipher this. As doods has so rightly mentioned CCCam has been abandoned, Oscam being the only emulation getting updates. If you've been in this hobby long enough, you will understand everything always comes to an end, however if you are patient something does seems to pop up sooner or later.

    Hi Peeps,

I was hoping someone can help me out here, I have a peer who I am setting up a cache ex mode 3 Cs378x with, he connects to me and receives a node, I connect to him but no not receive a node.

I have looked through my settings and all appears to be setup correctly from my side. Is there something on his side he needs to check? Ports, Ip address etc are correct.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Many thanks

I don't think its your reader mate, its deffo to do with your software, something i reckon may not be installed or up to date. I say this because I recently built a new card server and came across this problem. Im using ubuntu 10.4 I updated it all and i beleive it worked after that, cannot fully remember, try it. Also a bit more info on your setup would be great.

The frequencies can be set via your emu software and it supports i beleive upto 8mhz at various levels of voltage. Google it, im sure its around. ECM times, 110-140ms was about i was getting on average, with the omnikey im getting 70-90 ms now. romman you can increase your card speed a lot more than just 3.579mhz. I run my card at 6 mhz.

Or if your router allows it (most routers do) you can reserve the ip address to your dreambox so even though dhcp is on, the router will only assign the one you set it as.

ok the simple reason is 1 card hd yes the other a multi room card £75 full package vs £10 sd full package , some my shares have sd boxes so i was going to switch them onto this multi room card to try and balance the load on the other hd card if you get my meaning.

I see the principle and understanding behind what your trying to do and in some ways it is a good thing to balance out the ecms hitting the cards, it is achievable but very hard to do, let me explain. If i understand correctly you wish to send your peers with hd receivers to the hd card and sd receivers to the sd card. Well the problem here is be it running CCcam or Oscam and even assigning sid's to each card there is no definite way of separating this running from one server as the emu is gonna take it from one card or another (well sd anyways). There are two ways to separating your traffic, one is either you run 2 servers (1 ip address, 2 ports) or 2 seperate servers altogether (seperate ip address for each). 2 servers is the easier option, hd card on one, the other with the sd card, each either have a different port to one dyndns ip address or 2 seperate dyndns address. Then your hd peers will have one ip address and sd peers another. The difficult one is running all from one server, if you look around (haven't seen it on this site, I may be wrong) there is a tutorial for CCcam to run multiple instances, each has its own cfg file and settings. The same can be done with Oscam, With that setup you can have 1 ip address but 2 ports to seperate your traffic, each port going to the 2 cards.

Kind of hard to explain but that best I could do. Hope it helps :P

Instead of ftping things over why don't you connect it to a monitor and use it directly. Copy your files to a usb stick, if your good with terminal use sudo - i to get to root and copy files that way. Or run this command in terminal gksudo nautilus, this will open a file browser with root permissions copy over set proper permissions.

If i'm not mistaken and don't quote me on this, as i'm not 100% sure, you shouldn't need to worry about reshares as these are defined in your f lines in your CCcam.cfg file, all oscam is doing is passing the card info to CCcam, CCcam then distributes it as you have set it.
