    My setup is DM800hd/openpli4/oscam11746

    received a share for 88e package d 2 h


    Thing is channels not open. Do a replace list is needed or my setup is outdated.


    What are the options available.

  • BIOS Bad sector enabled?

    Thanks for the tip.


    Does this checking happens when the option is enabled or disabled. (Usually flash sector recovery is set to disabled in bios, and the meaning is ambiguous for me as of recovery meant, bad sectors if marked already, be recovered and use that space as well to store the flashing image)


    In an example, my box got memory errors and have to run with 2013 images. Once flashed 55mb of space is used. However when this option enabled and flashed the image only got 42mb.


    So need to understand when the option is enabled, rather than marking bad sectors, does the bios reopen the flash bad sectors which already marked bad. Unless that there is no explanation to me to the newly gained 10mb of flash space.


    Appreciate very much if you could shed some light. After all whats best option is the one im after.

    What actually happens when BIOS flash sector option enabled in the dreambox bios.


    I mean what is the technically situation the difference of disable and enable of the option.

    Hi all


    Returning to powervu after some time.

    dm800/pli 4/oscam 11546/oscam 11576


    Tried with powervu latest keys.

    Live log says ok and found.

    But no sound or video.


    Am i doing something wrong or the package still not opens? Im trying son*y package in 105/5

  • Restarting webif through telnet

    hi


    Need help from the experts this time.


    I tried flashing several images. Some success and some failed. It apperas that only 55mb of the memory is usable. When the image exceeds flash indicates too much space or bad sector at partion 3


    I need to run oscam latest over streamable os. From the initial i have bound to openpli and not known any other images.


    So can anyone let me know an image of openpli 4 ssl84d 2.01 that the size is less than 55mb on nfi.


    Or am i missing something to increase the memory of dm. I dont have a hdd and only the flash memory is used.


    Thanks again if anyone can shed me a light.

  • Restarting webif through telnet

    Downloaded to /tmp the new openwebif ipk and called both latter commands along with step reboot.


    Not worked.

    Does there any config file be edited for enable/disable the webif plugin.


    So nothing better than the hard reset it seems

    Yes this is openwebif.

    Router issuing the ip correctly .


    Login to telnet is done from that ip and successful.


    Both client and box at same subnet.


    Only thing not understood is init3/4

    Will comment about it after my homework .


    Restarting the box usually cleared the error earlier. But after five times restarting it failed on this ocurence.

  • Help. My DM800 Clone is not working

    Dear Members,

    Please help me in this.



    I have a Dreambox Clone Sim 2.01. It was working with Open PLI 4.0 and stopped working.


    I have used Dreamup Patched 'DreamUP_patched_by_forhike_and_natas' with serial connection.

    Dreamup detected dm800 and flashloader loaded. It went to HTTP mode and the power was gone at that time.


    now dreamup could not detect the dm once it asked to switch-on. so could not be flashed from dreamup

    Dreambox does not display the web window either.


    DM's LCD display panel was not working for some time and now also it does not display anything.


    Please mind that up until this event this is a fine working model.


    Please help me to recover the box.

    it wont appear in network (arp - a).

    Prior to this I have obtained backup,img from telnet if somebody interested

  • How to watch powervu channels from Asiasat 105.5 with oscam-emu openvix

    Dear Team


    Could not find Oscam V11399 stable. so tried with V11390.

    Turner packages were succeeded.

    But Sony pkgs were not.


    I tried with following syntax

    P 0047 00 11.37.54.C6.C0.CE.E1.00 ---------(dots removed)


    Between its little fishy for me, this key has 16 letters and are all the published keys for the package.

    But oscam spec says the powervu key is 14 letters.


    So does Oscam support 16 letter keys for Powervu.


    Anyway how can I open this pkg

  • How to watch powervu channels from Asiasat 105.5 with oscam-emu openvix

    Im using 105,5e powervu upto 30th Jan. Now none of the channels are opening. As such, any help is very much appreciated.


    my problem is does this a key change in the channel or does the configs are incorrect.

    changing reader to /usr/keys/SoftCam.key did however removed the log line of ERROR: Can't open /etc/tuxbox/config/SoftCam.Key (errno=2 No such file or directory)



    although, no video output.



    Oscam web does display as status-unknown for softcam.key proxy and reader oscam_emu OK with 1159 entitlements
