looks like you box have a wrong ip adress not in the range from your network
it helps if you do your dhcp on the pic you have post it looks its not on

you want update your old version, id dont works you must backup your settings and install openelec agian
if do not, it bootup but you get only a black screen

4> click on add network location...
5> i have no nas i dont know with protocol you must use but for example i do samba
i click on browse and wait
6>i click on daphne-pc and choose a folder
dont forget your inlog name and pass word
